May scenario po ako na encounter while riding this bus. Nagbibigay na ng ticket yung konduktor then may isang student sa opposite side bandang dulo nung bus syempre nasa kabilang side pa si konduktor kaya di pa nya na pepresent ang ID or nasasabi na student sya then pagdating sa side nila biglang abot si konduktor ng Regular Ticket siguro sumobra kaya yun agad inabot nya so sinabi ni student na student nga sya ang response ni konduktor dimo agad sinabi wala na regular kana. Ganun ba dapat? Wala man lang chance yung student na sabihin na student sya Hahahahaha

A kudos for this company co their driver and conductor are really kind and when I ride in their bus from Guadalupe they assist me co I have a lot of things to bring going to lipa and even that no more space to seat the conductor knows how to give customer service and knows how to treat passenger in the right way of carrying my bags and suggesting to put it on under the cabin for luggage. Good ..

If you go past nine am theres a huge chance youll be waiting a while for the next bus. Otherwise, great bus units and good drivers (they dont go above the speed limit on SLEX compared to another bus company). Their WiFi is erratic though. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesnt

The ride was ok but the drivers need to improve their driving. An occasional tapping on the clutch wouldnt hurt. For the sake of the passengers sitting at the back seats.
