Best service, came here looking for Vegan meal, options where limited, but manager made exception the resotto was nxa, the green tea was on another level....

Verdicchio is a great restaurant and the meal I ordered (the poulet breast) was divine. I would definitely recommend it but if its your first time dont order the Camembert for two.

14 years we came there nether a problem but this time we were very very badly served. The manager wasn t concerned what a shame. Paying the big price for a Lamb crown we had in place oily lamb shops. The chiken esplata came first with a brokem flame glass the tast was chiken with petrol and rice and veges cold. Wouah...what shame

Exquisite Buitenverwachting Meifort served with a truly delicious Veal a la Mario. Ribeye wasnt exciting, in fact, very dry for medium rare. Waiters should also decant wine at the table and not at the bar. Generally, great ambience and a good experience.

It could be a hot spot of Covid 19 because of so many reasons... People dont behave according to the rules of Covid 19, something must be done as soon as possible.

This place was weird. I felt the food was well cooked and spiced but didnt like the presentation and plating (for the price). Service was poor and food is overpriced. The ambience was terrible with adverts playing, restaurant music in the background and the old man playing his accordion all at the same time. Would rather go elsewhere

I had the most disappointing experience at this restaurant on the evening of 14 December 2019. Earlier on in the evening when I requested a wet wipe from our waiter I was given a long story of how he had a box which finished due to a hectic lunch crowd and that he would have to borrow from the neighbours!!! I was in shock at this statement and requested a finger bowl instead.My friend and I thereafter ordered the seafood platter for 2 and at the time of us placing the order, I enquired what starches come with this meal. It was rice and veggies which we were happy with. When our food arrived, we noticed that there were no utensils for the 3 different bowls which the meal was served in. We waited a bit for our waiter to return to our table as we were also waiting for the correct amount of rice and veggies. We requested the utensils from him together with the rice and veggies as he never brought these to our table at which point he said that we would have to pay extra for the rice and veggies.At this time another one of my friends meal (pasta) was brought to the table and she very quickly noticed that her meal was not fully cooked.At this stage I was highly annoyed and asked to speak to the manager who turned out to be very dismissive of all our queries which we raised with him. He didn’t charge us for the uncooked pasta meal and for 1 dessert which my friend had afterwards.To make matters worse, the word quickly spread to the other waiters about our queries to which we had to endure uncomfortable stares for the rest of our time there.We also noticed another gentleman amongst the waiters who may have been some sort of management, who approached another table of guests to enquire if everything was fine with their meal but did not approach our table. He too continued to stare at us until we left.Due to the disgustingly horrid service we received at Verdicchio Restaurant, we will never visit this place again.
