Great view and pool area. A bit south of the main tourist area, but good for peace and quiet

Price is fantastic for a long term stay and service is really great also. I love the pool and the location on the beach where you can walk for a very long way either direction. Getting a cleaner is only 25usd which is also great. Only downfall is some amenities missing or outdated but that depends on each unit since they all have different owners.

A wonderful staff of an older condo. Needs some remodeling and more cleaning. What it lacks is made up for by the people and views.

Amazing!!!!! I stayed there in room right in front of the sea!!! Amazing amenities; felt at home.The evening sunset was stunning and the morning sunrise was even more glorious and spectacular. I enjoyed dipping in the crystal clear aquamarine water just off the pier and just basking in the sunlight on the pier. I loved the gardens and almost wanted to knick a plant or two, . I felt at peace.

Our stay at Isla Bonita was wonderful! Our room was spacious and clean and the property was gorgeous. Hari and Debbie were awesome! We had a small problem with our room and Debbie was quick to resolve it and provided us with a great alternative. Hari gave us great restaurant suggestions and some tips on how to navigate the island. You can even book your excursions through the resort and get a great rate. We will definitely come back to stay when we visit Belize again!

Its a beautiful place to stay and enjoy San Pedros beautiful beaches.There are stores and restaurants nearby.The pool is always clean as well as the rest of the place.San Pedros airport is a couple of blocks away.

This is a delightful place. The people who work here are helpful and friendly. A great location, a short walk town. The only reason not to give 5 stars - the facilities are nice but basic - but a lovely place.

Our stay at La Isla Bonita was truly perfect. From the beautiful grounds to the proximity to downtown, to the incredible staff (shoutout to Hari and Debbie!!), we were so impressed. Definitely will be back! Truly paradise!

Beautiful property & The staff is amazing!!!

We stayed 3 days at Isla Bonita in unit 4B. This was a 2nd floor ocean view condo. This unit was updated, modern and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen is available, although we didnt do much cooking. The grounds are very nicely maintained. We used the pool every day. It was very refreshing. The location is good, within walking distance (10-15 min) to the center of town. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by as well as the airport and water taxi. They also will pay your fare to and from the property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food and places to go to. Book directly, and you can select your particular unit.

We loved our stay. Our rooms were spacious, cute, and very clean. The property itself is beautifully kept. Location is perfect. Just a short walk or golf cart ride into town center. Very close to everything but just slightly away from the noise and commotion. The staff are very friendly. Very helpful and right there whenever needed but gives you space. The air con is strong. The kitchen comes with everything you could possibly need. Our suite came with the perfect balcony, surrounded by flowers, overlooking the grounds. Perfect place to have my morning coffee. We’re already thinking of coming back next time with the entire family and renting a villa!

We stayed here three days. My husband,son and I were very happy to be in front of ocean . It was not noisy and the price was very inexpensive, rooms were cleaned every day and that was good cause sand was everywhere. I also like it cause we had everything close by. I definitely recommend it. The AC was a plus for my husband .

When arrived at 1pm and our room was ready. The check in process was easy and the staff, Hari and Debbie were friendly and answered all our questions. The location is close to town and the grounds are beautiful. Belize Diving Adventures is located on the Pier and we used them for our diving and snorkeling trips, we highly recommend them also.

Great location— walking distance to lots of restaurants but just a bit outside of the crowded parts of San Pedro. Front desk was very helpful with advice on anything and everything, including getting a taxi. Pool is good for families. Thanks

Wonderful stay. Upon arriving, Harry was thoroughly welcoming. We got an oceanfront condo and were happy with the location and view. Theres an easement of beach waterfront that goes from the center of town, so its an easy walk to delicious restaurants. We did the watersports on our pier for a half day snorkeling. I was grateful for the housekeeping being observant. We brought some splenda for our coffee (which they provide in the room) and they were keen enough to notice we used Splenda and brought us extra. Overall, I would highly recommend this location thanks to the staff, cleanliness, security and location.

Just stayed for our 2nd trip. This place is fabulous. Units are comfortable and newly renovated. Full kitchens (stocked with coffee, salt and pepper! Unheard on the island) Wonderful rain showers. BBQ grill at pool. Great pool. Beach feet away. 24hr security. Beth, Betty, and Debbie are fabulous

People are so friendly. Everything was clean. You can wash and dry clothes for $12.50 per load.

Location was great. Service very, very good. Property overall is a little “tired” and in need of refurbishment. Not really a hotel rather a condo complex where the units are rented out by the homeowners association. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Close to town, bars, restaurants, and activities. Overall very fit for our purposes on this particular trip.

Great friendly people, Debbie and Harry at front desk were warm, helpful, responsive to everything from booking snorkeling to arranging laundry on premises. Very sweet low key mellow place - great location in town - near market and short beach walk to awesome bars and restaurants !

Our room on the beach had an excellent view and the bedroom with the king size bed was amazing. The futon sofa and older furniture in the main room were functional but a little outdated. The room was very clean and the staff were all EXTREMELY friendly, amenable and easy going.

Debbie at the front desk was amazing. She told us where the best restaurants were, the snorkelling tours and booked us a great golf cart deal that was dropped off at our front door. An excellent experience and a great experience from some wonderful staff!

This place its beautiful its right on the beach and the condos have everything inside. Love everything about this place so relaxing

Beautiful view, great botanical scenery and friendly staff.Apt was good, ithad every utensil, plate and cup but not a lot of bedding for more than 1 person except a set of sheets. Overall, experience good place to stay.

Place was Unbelizable lol.. very clean and definately had that home feel to it. The staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home and were so pleasant and friendly..smiles all around! Definately going back..thank you Isla Bonita staff!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The grounds are lovely. Our unit was fine...not fancy but clean and pleasant. We liked the location and would stay there again.

The location of the property is central. Great place to be, not too far from town. The hotel was not cleaned everyday. Housekeeping replaced towels but did not clean toilets and sinks. On the last day of my visit, I saw a roach in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay for the money. Keep in mind this not a beachfront property; however, there are docks where you can walk out and enter the water. The smell of the seaweed can be a bit strong at times, but you get used to it after a few days.

I was nervous after we missed our flight and got on the last water taxi which was a 90 minute ride from Belize City. I didnt have wifi or phone service to call the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late and the front desk closed. But as soon as we pulled up the security guard, Antonio greeted our taxi,grab our bags, paid our taxi fare, and assured us we were ok. He walked us to our room, gave us our keys and wifi passcode. We were grateful for him. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Excellent stay! Thank you Antonio!

I liked the view of the ocean from our deck. The shower/shower head did not work great and the temperature jumped around some.

Great full service hotel right on the beach. The pool is okay but who needs that when the beautiful turquoise ocean is just a few feet away.

This hotel looks to be the best in San Pedro. Any problems I had, they corrected in a professional manner. There is a small grocery store across the street where you can rent a golf cart.

Nice staff,clean rooms. We were right on the water.Pool and grill were nice to have available and well kept.Some work was going on during the day and a bit annoying but at least they are taking care of the property. Dive shop on the pier was great also.

Very nice place to stay. Conveniently located to airport and downtown San Pedro. No real beach but nice pool. Access to a washing machine was a challenge.

We chose to stay here because we wanted to be close to town. Chose a beach front room which has a nice patio for sitting and enjoying the afternoon ocean breeze. The room is really a condo with fully stocked kitchen, separate sitting room and bedroom. The room was clean and certainly comfortable enough, tiny TV if that matters to you. Wi-Fi was spotty at times but mostly useable and we had heavy thunderstorms which may have affected their sat. We were there in the off season so there were few people around and really didnt use any facilities there. Very close to town being just south of the airport which is important as there were no restaurants on the grounds. A short walk north on the beach a few hundred meters puts you in the center of town and it was much better walking along the water than streets crowded with golf carts, there are two markets within a block or two for supplies. Debbie was the only person manning the desk during our stay and she went out of her way to please.

Nous y avons passé un mois entre novembre et décembre.Les appartements sont confortables et propres, le lit est dur et léquipement de cuisine est assez complet quoique minimal. Il ya a un grand frigo avec surgélateur, un four à gaz et à micro ondes, 4 feux à gaz de cuisson, cafetière et grille pain.Il y a la WIFI partout, mais de qualité médiocre.La plage est juste en face du logement, mais elle nest pas propre et leau est trouble, heureusement un ponton assez long permet de se baigner un peu plus au large. A San Pedro, la mer est décevante , pas de fond, eau trouble, plages pas nettes, peu danimation nautiques, le peu quil y a : plongée, voile, scooter est très cher.Le logement est à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et de lembarcadère de Belize Express pour la navette vers Belize city (90 mn) et Caye Caulker (30 mn) ( passer par le bord de mer, car la rue principale est saturée de golf cars bruyants et puants).La décoration des logements est quelconque, la piscine est petite mais propre, laspect des extérieurs est correct mais sans originalité.Laccueil est correct sans plus, il y a quelques commerces alimentaires à proximité, de toute façons à San Pedro il ny a rien à acheter et tout y est cher, même plus quen France !

We stayed here on our first trip to Ambregris Caye Belize. This is a great place to stay, nice rooms and beautiful grounds. Most rooms have a full kitchen which is great if you want make a few meals while your on the island, not to mention having a place to keep your drinks cold. There is even a large gas grill by the pool that you can schedule to use. We had a group of 8 staying here and used the grill to cook the fish we caught one day. There is a grocery store, liquor store & fruit stand all within 100 feet of the front gate on Coconut Dr.. The Yacht Club even has it own dock that has a dive shop in it. You can go diving, snoorking & fishing from your own dock. Its a short walk down the beach to town and all the restruants and bars.The Yacht Club had a security gaurd on duty every night all night long.All in all we loved it and will be staying there every time we go back.
