Pepper Lunch (Southwoods Mall)It was a lazy weekend evening when I decided to date myself and went out.So I went to Southwoods Mall and looked for a place to eat then I saw Pepper Lunch. I ordered one of their best sellers, the Jumbo Beef Pepper Rice and a Matcha Ice Cream for dessert.. and it was great.Theyre very generous with their servings and the beef tastes really good.The staff was accommodating as well, taking time to explain the best way to eat it.I wanna try everything in the menu..

Love their food. Always served on a sizzle platter. The lava cake is good with ice cream on the side.

This place is always full pack during busy hours. the quality of the food and service is reasonable for the price. It was my 2nd time here and tried the giant steak! it was delicious and the beef was lit! Definetly i will be back to try again other menu.

Everything was OK. Nothing exceptional.

The place is a little bit small, the service crew wants you to finish your food ASAP...though the food is great

Food taste quality was good but a few months back the serving size of the meat gradually diminished.

The cashier named Angel Moran doesnt know how to treat PWD customers like me nicely. She kept telling me that I cant upgrade my order, that I cant do this and do that because I was a PWD. Little did she know that I am ready to escalate her behavior to her immediate supervisor. The supervisor gave me a complimentary ice cream to apologize but still, that woman should know better.

Staff were rude. I was infront of these 2 female staff behind the till for few minutes, it was not busy that time and I was carrying my 1 year old baby.the two female.staff behind the till kept ignoring me until my.baby started crying. I didnt know what they were doing behind the till. didnt even acknowledge me at all. I just left. I will not comeback to this branch. this is the second time I encountered rude staff from this branch.
