Our experience here is okay. Its nice that Jollibee has finally installed self-service order terminals. I hope customized orders will soon be possible.

The branch is still new so theyre still working out the kinks.The Level Up touch screen is neat and lets you choose your order in better detail than what the overhead menu can give.When I ordered a deluxe yumburger with bacon, I received just a bacon yumburger without the veg. The staff replaced it for me with no fuss.

We came at a bad time...230pm...not much customers...the chicken parts choices were not to our liking...i hope they improve...not much of a level up
