Fantastic extension of the Hilton brand. The people are very nice and accommodating. The place is also very new, has good security, and a great private beach!

When my daughter was a recentguest I called and ordered a fruit platter for her Birthday... This fabulous hotel not only sent a wonderful Fruit platter but decorated her room with Birthday wishes and a very beautiful yummy cake!! And bottle of bubbly.My daughter was. excited ,surprised and Ecstatic when she saw her room .. A wonderful Concierge gave a solo traveler away from home a very a Happy Birthday Thank you so very much!!!

We stayed at Mahogany Bay in 2019 and it was great. However, we recently visited and there was no hot water in any of the upper units and there phone systems were consistently down. We were not advised of the water system issues upon checkin, instead a letter was left on our door from the “CEO” stating that they were experience water pressure issues.Terrible customer service when we tried to move rooms. This is a terrible Hilton experience.

What an absolutely magical place! We have been there multiple times with our children and whenever we ask them were they want to go the all say MBV in Belize.. I love the community feel of the resort but also they fact that you can have your privacy as needed. We will be back!

Cannot query prices...if thats where you want to be, dont quibble. One noticeable... important...thing was the fact that when one approaches the main lobby/check-in point, was that everyone is inside enjoying the AC. For a business like this which has established themselves as a top notch player in the industry, it might seem negligible from a certain point of view. However, it will...and always will...affect the perception and ratings in the eyes of any visitor, no matter how much money they are perceived to be in possession of...

Haveing a blast!

My stay at Mahogany Bay was amazing I really hate to leave. The house we rented was mind-blowing very clean, well designed, with lots of room for everyone. The customer service was impeccable everyone was super friendly and willing answer all our questions. I must give a special thanks to Michael who gave us a detailed tour of the property and all festivities afford by Mahogany Bay. The awesome servers during breakfast Glendy, Brandon, and . Thank you Joe for helping us book our snorkeling excursion. Kudos to Patrick our captain which took us to the private beach it was everything he said and more. Patrick has a fabulous outgoing personality. Areli was our host on tge private beach she was extremely sweet just so precious. Words cant describe the fun we had here. You must visit the people in Belize wonderful.
