Private beach, 3 pools, swim up bar. Staff friendly very accommodating. Ask questions at checkin if you remember. Check in was ok but more info should have been shared at check in about property in terms of amenities specifically water activities cost and or times of service. At the very least it would have been nice to have info and cost in room. On site restaurant info was in room but that was about all. Overall we would visit again as we had a great time. We upgraded to the 1 bed rom condo. This was a great spend of money. The condo was a nice size, well kept and ocean view. A 3 min walk to the beach.

Grand Caribe was a great family resort. It was very comfortable, and clean. The kids had fun at the pool and the beach. The staff also helped book all our excursions. The food was good and we were walking distances to several other restaurants. The beach wasnt great since there is a lot of sea grass, but they remove any seaweed from the beach throughout the day.

I love how good the chai lattes are ! Not a caffeine drinker but their chai and waffles are simply amazing ! Def a must try.

The property is so well maintained and beautiful. We had a 3 bed, 3 bath condo that was amazing. Our beds had mattress toppers on them making them very comfortable. We come to Belize every year and we will definitely be staying at Grand Caribe again.

The rooms are a WOW. The view and pool are excellent. It is a welcoming environment.

The condo is beautiful and so is the grounds. However , the bed was absolutely terrible . It was a hard mattress with no box springs on wooden slats. Honestly was something you would not expect here .

The staff was amazing. Rooms were immaculate. Variety of pools. I do highly recommend this resort. They give you plenty of towels which is a big deal for me. They provide free laundry service, which I have never seen. The only thing is they stained and shrunk some of our clothes. The other thing was there were workers blowing and mowing at 6:30 in the morning, we wanted to sleep in since we were about to have a 13-hour travel home trip. They seemed to be working and banging all the time. Besides that, everything else was super nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Close to town. We would definitely come back.

Condo was right next to a pool we had to ourselves. Space was clean and cool and staff took care of us.

We love everything about this resort! Our room was so spacious and clean and comfortable! Definitely felt like a home away from home! The property was great as well, very clean and well maintained. The beach area was nice and clean and there was a lot to do at the resort. The restaurants had really yummy food with a nice view. The property is a little ways north but we liked it because it was just enough to get us out of the business of San Pedro! We will return and bring our kids with us next time, the Grand Caribe resort would be a perfect spot for a family trip as well. Overall wonderful experience and glad I found this resort.

Grand Caribe Belize is a scenic, wonderful and very relaxing resort. The staff is very friendly. The rentals have a very luxurious feel to them for sure. It is right on the water for a wonderful view of the ocean. One nice memory is taking a night swim having a look to the sky and seeing the most stars so bright as anywhere I have ever seen. We even saw some shooting stars that night. The sky was so clear. The staff was even great at helping us book excursions and day trips. It is very hot in Belize and the A/C in the room never failed nor disappointed us.

Our stay at grand caribe was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing and always available to provide you what you need. The property was beautiful and just big enough where I didn’t feel like I had to walk too far to get to the restaurant or pool. We felt very taken care of and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

Everything about this resort is amazing. The staff is really nice and accomodative. The units are unique, large, and clean. Kitchens are also a big bonus. I will be back.

My wife and I booked a reservation at the Grand Caribe resort to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The reservation was made last year, and our stay was scheduled for the week of March 16th, 2020. The world pandemic circumstances started escalating as we approached our trip date, and we began to get nervous about traveling given the uncertainty of flights, health concerns, among other things. Our cancellation policy with the resort did not allow for cancellations to be made within 30 days of the stay. We were so grateful that Tiffany Jones, the general manager, made an exception for us. We really were looking forward to the trip, and hope to be able to reschedule next year. Thank you Tiffany for your high integrity and outstanding service.

We visited San Pedro on the second leg of our honeymoon and had an amazing stay at Grand Caribe. The facilities were excellent, the service staff were friendly, and the crowds were low as it was during the off season (end of may to early june). The weather was warm and humid but tolerable. We rented a golf cart in town to avoid the resort prices, but did book a snorkeling excursion to Hol Chan via the hotel which I would highly recommend! The food and drinks were reasonably priced for north of San Pedro, but I would recommend venturing out with the golf cart to see the city. Overall we had an amazing time, and even joked about buying one of the condos for sale at the resort.

We always love our stay at the Grand Caribe. They really take care of you. If your stressed and vacations are few and precious, this is the place. Worth every penny and then some.

This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at in a long time. They emailed me before I got there, made arrangement to pick us up and get the to hotel. Although they offer catching a plane to the island from the airport, I would really recommend taking the water taxi and you get to see a lot of things in the area you would see from a plane, but definitely take the plane back when your leaving. The stay was very accommodating as was the people when roaming around the island. Locals all but blocked our golf cart to keep us from turning down a one way street. Not all one way roads are marked but after a day of driving around you adapt to the local flow. The hotel does a great job of organizing all your excursions and they are fairly priced. I wish I could say the same for the golf cart, but its cheaper to get one from the locals than from the hotel for the daily rate. My wife considerably overpacked as they wash your clothes for you daily free of charge so you never go through more than two pair of clothes depending on your length of stay. The food is good, the drinks are better, local establishments has the best food and the locals give excellent recommendations.

Keep in mind that the property is a short plane ride in a local airline from the international airport. Well kept property. The pools are salt water which was nice since I hate smelling like chlorine. There is a very small beach with lots of stones, shell and seaweed. Rooms have a fully equipped kitchen attached.

Our 2 bedroom unit was excellent. Very spacious, The well appointed.Kitchen had every type of appliance and accessory you could imagine.The unit was quiet, had great internet (although it was a hassle to have to keep connecting to different WIFI networks throughout the property).. Master bathroom included both a tub and shower, the second bathroom was a large walk-in shower only.We did utilize the laundry service, which was a great bonus.We used several of the pools while we were there. The pools away from the central area were empty the entire time we were there.Service was great as well. We required taxi service into San Pedro early each morning, and the staff took care of scheduling that whenever we needed it. Restaurant staff were professional, friendly and patient.The only real downside for us (but would be a plus for others) was the distance from town. It did require a taxi, and as such your dining options were rather limited

After days of reading reviews, I chose the Grand Caribe as the place to celebrate my wifes 44th birthday. Before the trip was even close to being over, we both agreed that I could not have made a better decision. From the moment I contacted them by email, the entire process was an absolute breeze. I reserved a beachfront walkout, we loved it. From the airport pickup to the excursions , groceries being delivered prior to arrival and golf cart rental, we were extremely impressed. Weve been home for about a week now and cant stop talking about the fun we had and when were going back. 5 from the Dickerson family, until next time.

This place leaves nothing to wish for as it has everything! There is a store on site, it isnt far from town and the bridge, and offers excursions and free kayaks. It was beyond expectations and the service was impeccable.

Grand Caribe was a fabulous property. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit was perfectly decorated, spotlessly clean and the kitchen had every upscale amenity. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!I cant say enough about the wonderful staff! The desk staff, cleaning crew, bartenders and security people were the best I have ever encountered.

We stayed for 10 days. Our experience was an adventure to say the least. As we both got the stomach flu, the front desk was more than happy to help. A doctor came to our condo within an hour. With getting sick unexpectedly, the concierge was incredibly helpful/understanding when we had to change our activities around multiple times. Their customer service was UNBEATABLE. They took incredible care of us.
