Bad service. i understand the 10% capacity / 10 people allowed to dine-in. pero sana may nagbabantay ng upuan at nagoorganize ng customers hindi yung hahayaan nilang upo lang ng upo yung mga tao. there were 6 people seated when i was ordering for 3 with one vacant table still with dirty dishes. i asked the table to be cleaned para magamit namin. after ordering, nalaman ko may naka-upo ng iba. when i asked for assistance galit yung waitress, ako pa may kasalanan, i was informed daw ng capacity. BS. yung umupo dun sa kakalinis lang na table ndi pa nakakaorder..basta lang umupo while ako na naka-order na was asked to wait outside. really terrible customer service.
Awhile ago...Im so so disappointed Miss Marg..Pasensya na pero di talaga ako nabusog sa kinain kong binili ko sayo.ni hindi ko nga naubos out of frustration sa iyo. Sinabi ko nman po na SPICY chicken simulat simula palang nung may lalaki pa sa harap mo. Inulit ko pa nung tinanong mo ako. At take out po talaga ang sinabi ko. Tapos nakita ko naka dine in yung iseserve mo sa akin. Sinabi ko Miss Take out yan. Then Spicy po ang chicken (dahil nakita ko sa crispy orig ka kumuha) ngayon 3 BESES ko pa po na sinabi sayo HINDI MO PARIN PALA NAINTINDIHAN. NAKAKA WALANG GANA KUMAIN!!!! Buti po sana kung libre yun ee ok lang pero nagbayad naman po ako!!!!! YES, IM JUST YOUR CUSTOMER pero hindi dahil customer lang ako at sa tingin mo na worker lang din ako na tulad mo its not right to just do what you want, even your angry at me. Do your job rightly and Ill respect you.To: MISS/MR MANAGER please do concern about your staff regarding to an issue like this. Its really frustating.I am a KFC lover in that case kumakain ako trice a week wherever I am na may chain kayo. ngayon lang talaga ako hindi na satisfied sa kinain ko.
Poor service. Counter crew was slow. Plates and glasses are oily. They give us a wrong order.
