Crowded. Dirty floor and tables. Super slow queue. Took 20mins to finally get all our orders which is just 2 brewed coffee and 2 donuts, imagine! Staff are talking (which is basically shouting) over the customers like theyre the only ones there one reckless staff was moping and knocked over a stand that hit my mom. She didnt even say sorry until my mom rubbed her arm because of pain

Nothing beats the good old classic donuts :) price is of course higher nowadays but the taste still definitely has it! Store is clean and staff are friendly. I go to the Pacita branch everytime I catch a craving.

This store has been here for years!We love coming here. Still the same clean and tidy as before.
