Magandang araw po sainyo PLDTnakailang punta na jan sa pldt para ipalipat yung wifi pero hindi niyo maasikasoNakakaloko kayo sbi nyo 7 days lang bwisit ilang days na 16days na hindi nyo maasikaso hindi namin magamit yung wifi.Tapos babayaran naminwala pang silbi yung hotline nyo hindi matawagan bwisit kayo.Mga kelan nyo malilipat yung wifi pokasi kalahating buwan na.

Ang bagal ng net ninyo halos hnd maka send ng mga emails attachments tapos 2weeks ago may nag ayos dto technician ninyo after nya kalikutin yung laptop, computer at router namin dito bigla hnd na namn ma access yung admin account namin sa pldt hanggang ngayon nag lolog pa din yung net ninyo at hanggang ngayon hnd pa din namin ma access yung admin account....

Naghintay ako ng 3 oras ng bago makakausap ng customer service nila. Nagpasa ako g KOMPLETONG requirements kasama ang written letter ng kapatid ko para malipat sakin ang account pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin nangyayari.

Napakabagal ng mga customer service. 30 mins bawat transactions, di mo alam kung ano pinag uusapan kung bat 30 after wala pang resolution sa kung ano mancamg problema ng customer. 2 lang ang agent dito, andaming customers. Sana matrain ang mga customer service agents maging straight to the point para di humaba usapan

Very poor services!!! 24 to 48 hours lng daw, inabot na ng 1 week hanggang ngaun wala pa rin upgrade plan q!!!!!

Bagal service nagrequest kami ng transfer nareceive ni ms. regina g. alba last may 13, 2017 hangang ngaun di pa natratransfer june 3, 2017 na . vinerify ko tuloy pa daw ang billing nila maski di na namin nagagamit. kung may mababa pa sa 1 star iyon ang para sa kanila.

To get service/support need to get a number (only 70 are given in a day) :( poor service and supportWas advised by them to fall in line as early as 5am (they open by 9am)
