This place is incredible!! I have never wanted to move in to a house so badly! Unfortunately, they don’t allow you to take pictures, though I’m sure many do. I feel like we walked five miles to get through the house. It goes on forever and there are so many floors. You don’t get to tour the entire house but a good majority of it. It is so interesting to learn the history of the home and of the people in it. You don’t want to miss this! The gardens are gorgeous, too!

Wonderful trip for the whole family, the staff is not only helpful but very knowledgeable. The overall cost is affordable for a whole family or even just a day trip for a couple.The surrounding area is gorgeous and there is ton that the house has to offer.

We were really looking forward to this part of our trip. The tour itself was disappointing. We were expecting the mystery part of the house to be more of a focus than facts about glass and wallpaper. We cut our trip in Santa Cruz a little short to have time for this tour. Honestly I think I would have enjoyed staying at the Wharf longer and skipping this altogether.

Such an interesting place. I highly recommend watching the movie first. Unfortunately, they dont cover much of the scary ghost stuff in the tours.

Such an awesome experience! My family and I enjoyed every bit being here. This place is more enjoyable to experience than it is looking at pictures of it.

The lady at the ticket booth was rude. I tried to check in 15 minutes early like the website and email stated. The lady told me to come back in 5 minutes. So I did. When I went back, she yelled at me saying she already told me to come back in 5 minutes. I told her it’s passed 5 minutes. She looked at her clock and apologized saying her clock was wrong, but her yelling at me just ruined my mood. She didn’t need to yell at me in the first place. They stated there will be staff inside to make sure guests are 6 feet apart from other guests. The people behind us were literally glued to my group like we were together.
