Dim sum, order the lobster noodles. I keep going back and enjoy it every time.

Efficient service, good quality for the price on weekdays, when all small, medium and large dimsum are $3.25 per order.

Outstanding Dinner

My family has ordered this place quite a few times. While I cant say their the best Ive ever had, they are more than good enough!

这间餐馆的黑衣女经理态度极其恶劣！上周三(11月13日)，上午10：30我和家人共四人坐在一张小方桌，我看空间太狭窄，见当时整个餐厅客人很少，我就礼貌的向穿黑色制服的女经理请求，给我们换张稍微大点的圆桌，女经理一口就拒绝，她的理由是：你们已经点了餐，转桌很麻烦，态度很不耐烦…，我说你这样的服务态度这么差，以后都不想来了，她给我狠狠回了句：你不来就不来…。我无语，只有闷闷的吃完这顿气。

Take out food quality stay the same as dine in

They sneakily added hidden fees to my takeout order. The subtotal was $57 and they charged $69.92 (about 12% in addition to tax)

We had lunch here for the first time, not as expected, would give the food 2 stars, and the parking is terrible, only few spaces and fully packed. We have to park next to the Macdonald. Will not recommend this place.

Never disappointed by their Dim Sum and chow mein. Quality ingredients, tasty flavor profiles and efficient service--always a winning combination.

If you want dim sum without the wait, this is the place! Or maybe its just cuz we arrived at an off time on super bowl Sunday... HahaAnyways, got the usual, shu mai, har gow, shrimp cheurn fung, silky tofu, lao sa baos, those little fried shrimpies with the mayo dip... Mmmm mayo dip.Anyways, food was fresh and everything arrived really quickly. Shu mai wasnt as good as some places, same with the lao sa baos - more dry and less salted egg yolks, but theyre a good value for the lack of a wait and price tag.Service isnt great, but its whats expected at a dim sum joint. Place is clean from what I could see (definitely wasnt looking too hard so Im not disappointed haha). Ill come back though.

The food is very good. Many of the waitresses always seem to be in a hurry. Not much interaction with customers. Very clean restaurant.

The food is very good, but the customer service is terrible. It took them a full hour to realize that my food had not arrived, and I had to remind them that I even had ordered food. The other tables next to me had arrived later than I did, but they got the same dishes that I ordered, but on time. When I reminded the staff that the food had not arrived, the food suddenly arrived at my table.If they fixed the restrooms, made the place less cramped, and got better customer service, then I would give it more stars. Still, very good food.

For the price i guess their dim sum is not bad.

Best restaurant I’ve ever had been at.

A good, but not spectacular dim-sum place. The SF bay area has many dim-sum places, many of which are mediocre at best. Golden Palace, luckily, is not one of those. They have a solid selection of classic dim-sum dishes, though none truly sticks out as a gamechanger. Overall, a good restaurant, though there are better locations in the Bay Area. Parking can be an issue at busy times, and expect to wait if you get there at a later hour.

Overall all a good Chinese restaurant. Enjoyed the kung Pao chicken and mofo tofu and the braided prawns, but they were breaded.A little miffed that the Asian diners (were Indian) got through Moong bean dessert and we got fortune cookies.
