Poor Service. kulang kulang ang bigay na utensils na binigay. pabalik balik para tanongin ang pangalan ng customer. nakalimutan ang isang order. No water served. they didnt accompany us, kung saang table. WORST Maxs Restaurant ever. Hindi na kami babalik dyan

This popular chicken restaurant is located inside the Robinsons Arcade near Pasig Rotonda.

Frustrating staffs, they cant handle the pressure of having a lot of customers. If we hadnt followed up, they wouldnt inform us that what we ordered was not available at the moment. The wait is too long that we had to cancel some of our orders. Cant even serve us water.They dont know who ordered what, its just a mess. Definitely not a recommended branch. Maybe its better off as a stall or take out nook.

I ordered 1 whole regular chicken for take out. I asked if there is sweet potato included. They said yes. When I received my order only the chicken is inside. the box. And what they gave me is spring chicken.The other time I ordered, I had the chicken chopped. When I received my order there were lacking parts of the chicken. I called their hotline and reported it. No action taken. Disgusting! Please be attentive! We are paying what you are charging us!

The resto was convenient since it is near our place. But its a bit small and tables are too near each other. We were seated at the 1st level though they have an upstairs area which was closed at the time we dined.

Good food especially the Chicken Sisig
