The Robinsons Grocery Store occupies most of the first floor if this commercial building. The second floor is mostly occupied by the Energy Development Corporation - Leyte as their Ormoc City Office while the rest is occupied by Systems Technology Institute (STI) Ormoc, an FM Radio station and several other business estanlishments.
