Dr. Fales and his staff are truly amazing! After a pretty intense and traumatic experience at a different medical establishment, Dr. Fales and his staff took extra time to comfort our little guy, as well as provide the necessary treatment in a very timely manner.Fast forward...We continue to see Dr. Fales and are very satisfied with how everyone in the office treats their patients and guests.

If your child has special needs or any type of developmental disability I highly recommend Dr. Fales! He was fantastic with my 4 year old autistic son. 100 s!

Staff is always cheerful and friendly. They also remember my children and can engage them in a conversation about things they are interested in. The service has always been top notch. Never have I felt I was being bullied into a procedure or treatment that didn’t need to be done or make sense. We Love the Fales group.

I took my son in for a cavity, the dentist was kind however the assistant was extremely rude and treated me like absolute garbage. Needless to say it was our first and last time at Fales.

Loved how friendly they were the minute we got there! Took their time showing us around the office ti make our little one comfortable! Highly recommend!

They got us in within two hours from when i called to see our 19 month old daughter that chipped her tooth. The place is clean, super kid friendly, and the staff and dentist were amazing with us and our daughter!

Dr. Fales office is wonderful, he is very knowledgeable and good with the kids, and the hygienists are unusually friendly and easygoing. This is a great place to bring a child of any age who has anxiety issues about the dentist, and they also have experience treating children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The office itself is a place children will want to come back to, with therapy dogs, a large fish tank, and a cozy playroom attached to the waiting room with a low doorway so that it seems made especially for small children. This place is likely to exceed expectations!

To describe this place and their staff in a word, amazing! Super nice staff and Dr. Fales is simply wonderful! I could instantly tell that he has genuine care and concern for his patients. They all made us feel welcome and comfortable and were very careful to thoroughly explain the procedures and all options. The office itself is very cool! Two large aquariums, a little room for the kids to go in and play and super kid-friendly atmosphere all around.I wouldnt even consider taking my children to any other dentist after I have been to Dr. Fales. My recommendation; top notch, highly recommended!

Dr. Fales and his team are the best! I’ve been taking our children who have developmental disabilities to Dr. Fales for over 25 years. Our children are adults now but Dr. Fales and his staff continue to give them the best care around! We have been blessed to have Dr. Fales as our children’s dentist!

I have a son who is anxious at any doctors office. Dr. Fales and his entire staff we’re so very kind and comforting to him when he started to cry and made sure he felt safe and understood what they were doing before they did anything. I highly recommend them for their caring nature as well as knowledge and experience.

Dr. Fales office and staff are terrific and super kid-oriented! I appreciate the fact that Dr. Fales takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions we have. Hes very personable and even provided us with his personal phone number so we could by-pass the office in case we had any questions we needed to ask post-op. My girls feel comfortable there too!

My son is one and a half so hes not an easy patient. However The staff was beyond nice they were compassionate understanding. Everyone had a smile on their face. You can tell they really love their job. The service dogs are the nicest dogs youll ever meet. Dr. Fales himself is amazing. He was gentle and kind and my son even crawled up in his lap. I would drive hours to take my kids to the dentist. Were very lucky that we live close. But I cant imagine taking them to anyone else at this point. If youre shopping for dentist for your children no need to go any further!

For a first time visit I was very pleased with the service I was given.I have a 14 month old who has developed almost all his teeth so I was very eager to take him to the dentist. I called and made an appointment and the receptionist was very informative and helpful in deciding what time was best to take my child in and if my insurance qualified. Appointment day, dental assistant, JESSICA made me feel very welcomed the moment she called for our turn. She gave me a short tour and attended my son very gracefully! I am very happy with her attention to details, and hospitality she brought to my sons first dental visit. Plus, simply the atmosphere of how child friendly the location is very much warmed my heart for bringing my son to a dental clinic where he may be excited to visit in the future. Thank you, I will definitely be returning.

The environment Dr Fales has created is amazing for the kids! Our 2.5 yo is calm each time we are there! The toys/cookies/prizes they give after the visit are great! Dr Fales and all the hygienists/assistants are caring, patient, and explain everything well! They speak to our daughter and dont just talk to us. Highly recommend them!

Dr Fales and his Staff are the ultimate professionals. My son has special needs and he is uncomfortable around people he doesnt know. Let alone them touching him etc. Dr Fales and the entire staff took their time and made a big effort for him to feel comfortable and not rushed. This was very important to me as I know my son requires these extra measures. All the other patients in the office were happy as they left and that says a lot. I would definitely recommend Fales Dentistry.

I’ve been trying to locate a pediatric dentist that can come just a little close to my old one & could never find a good fit until NOW! Dr. Fales hit the nail on the head!! Feels like we’re back at our old dentist. Looking forward to a great dental experience!

My son had a wonderful experience! He’s always been to family practices and he has always hated going. The entire ride home after his appointment he talked about how much he liked his new office! Dr Fales was super nice and everyone we encountered in the back was knowledgeable and friendly! I will say the front office staff wasn’t all that friendly, and the toy area was a little lackluster for a children’s office (especially for a little girl to play with-there were mainly boy driven toys and trucks so keeping my daughter entertained proved challenging), but I’m still giving 5 stars because they were more just cold and not rude or anything, and it was still a great experience overall! Also the kids loved the fish tanks and the fact that Dr. Fales has his dogs in the office!

With some hereditary issues all three of my daughters started early with Dr. Fales around age two. He worked with them patiently in these early years even though they were terrified, cried, and threw big fits. Thats all over now. They have grown up. The youngest, 13, just got her braces off today, After all these years with many kinds of visits I can say we are blessed and thankful for Dr. Fales. He does the hard stuff. He doesnt put up with nonsense so if you are a hovering mother hen you will be asked to sit in the waiting room. Hes there to do a stellar job on your childs teeth- not build friendships. Dont let it bug you if he isnt as soft as you would be. He knows what hes doing. Dr. Fales is spectacular. When your kid turns 18 they will miss him!

My 3 yr old went in to have a small cavity fixed today. She went in happy and came out happy. I would have never known until they told me that during the procedure she gagged and proceeded to projectile vomit all over Dr. Fales and his assistant. They carried on in the most professional manner and just took it in stride...no big deal! They got her cleaned up and she was as happy as can be. I just cant say enough good things about this practice and how much they love taking care of kids!

With a smile, my 16 year-old boy described his cleaning yesterday like this: Katie said, Kid, you got plaque. You gotta floss. So guess what he did last night...he flossed, using the single-use picks. And he especially likes the xylitol gum she gave him. My 5 year and and 2.5 year old love Dr. Fales. We were just in yesterday and my youngest came out and said, I loved it! Do we get to come back?

Dr. Fales and his staff consistently go above and beyond for our son with special needs. Recently we have had a series of after hours emergency situations to which they have responded and guided us accordingly. Words can not do justice to describe the dedication and passion he has for his profession and his clients.

Best Pediatric Dentist ever!

Dr Fales is the best and so is his office! So personable and friendly! We have taken all 3 of our children here and now the youngest is 16! We would do it all again!

I selected this pediatric dentist based on the awesome reviews, as we wanted someone who specializes in kids. Sadly, I’m giving it a 1 star. My barely 4 year old and husband just left the office after their first visit, which can only be scheduled at the convenient times of 10am or 2pm. After seeing the hygienist, my daughter had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by the dentist. No explanation and – worse – zero apologies. At the end, she was given a coin for a toy, but all the machines were either empty or out of order, leaving my husband to again ask for assistance. I’m so disappointed and hope that this was some sort of bizarre isolated experience. However, we will not be returning.

Always friendly staff! Dr. Fales is a perfectionist that won’t let you leave with subpar work done. He’s the best!

My kids love and I love Dr. FALES and his staff. They are professional, caring and very courteous. After each cleaning we get a report card with tips on what they can do better and their hygienists picture. The same hygienist sees them every time, if possible, to establish trust and familiarity. Dr. Faless office is very kid friendly, from the movie and play room to the huge saltwater aquarium. If you are really lucky, you will see Spencer, the best therapy dog around!

After a bad experience at a different dentist my child had a lot of anxiety. This was our first visit and my child’s anxiety was significantly less. They took us on a tour and made my child feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend sending children there.

I was a patient when I was little and could only remember how friendly the staff was and that had not changed in 20 years. I took my daughter for her first dentist appointment. She was terrified. The whole time the girls in the office were absolutely the sweetest and they treated my daughter to a tour, put her handprint on the wall and then got her into the room. When she got to meet Dr. Fales he was the same sweet dentist I had before. We walked out with my daughter asking when we got to come back. Very fun experience getting to have two generations be patients of such a wonderful place.

I brought my two daughters in for a second opinion on some extensive dental work. I was a nervous wreck from how the other dentist had treated us and the diagnosis we had gotten. He assured me that when our kids are in his chair they are his kids and he treats them as so. After seeing him multiple times I believe it!!!! Id go across the country to take my kids here. Everyone at Dr. Fales office is AMAZING and WONDERFUL! We have been going to their office for 14 years and would not ever consider changing, even when we moved an hour away. They go above and beyond at every single visit. My two older sons had ortho work done, one of which had the ortho done prior to implants, and Dr. Fales office was super. I remember when I was about 8-9 years old I was jumping on the medical bed and fell and knocked my front teeth out. Dr. Fales came in on a weekend without complaint and put my teeth back in. I wish Dr. Fales seen adults. I will gladly be taking my child to Dr. Fales as she hits the appropriate age to do so. He truly cares.

All of my children go to Dr. Fales. This is an amazing and unique office that is tailored to children. Their approach makes anxiety a cinch for even the smallest kids (my two year olds first dental appointment was a breeze.) The entire staff is extremely friendly. They give you a tour so you know what to expect. The entire office and décor and overall atmosphere is extremely kid friendly making future dentist visits something my children actually look forward to.

Leave your children unattented for long periods without an update to parents. I also had a charge I was disputing through my insurance, I filed an appeal, I asked them to please hold further collections until a decision was made, they sent me to collections anyway... They dont care about you, only the money

My children have gone to Dr Falewbsince they were small children and are now 19 and 15. The atadf is wonderful and kind and Dr Fales is outstanding. We have so many great memories from their handprints on the wall and Spencer the golden retriever to the colorful ocean atmosphere. They really are the best!
