Tahimik ang lugar at sobrang may okay sa mga mag che chekin na mahiyain...

Lakefront is good but nagiging cheap lang dahil sa mga squatters nearby. Ginagawa na nilang tambayan ang lugar na to. Pansin ko rin medyo nalulugi ang mga establishment sa lakefront dahil siguro sa kokonti lang mga tenants ng condo. Dahil kasi nasa fault line to kaya wala masyado tumitira. Sayang maganda at tahimik ang lugar. Sana lang ma lessen o totally ma banned mga squatter sa lugar na to especially yung mga nangugulo.

Hindi bike friendly ang lugar na ito, walang matinong bike parking gayong magandang pagpraktisan ito. Bastos din ang mga gwardya dito, papatayan ka ng ilaw para mapaalis ka nila sa open ground at bubuksan nila pag wala na mga tao. Kaya siguro madaming sarado store dito. Beautiful place to scape from the crowded city and busyness. Relaxing place with classy interior that blends to the perfect view of the nature. Tried the vietnamese coffee and it tastes very authentic and satisfying. Plus credit to their accomodating staffs.

Only a restaurant and a bank was open. Parking available..

I loved the fancy restos and cafe ams they are pet friendly. The Coffee Project is an ideal venue for a date. The view from the balcony is nice and dreamy.
