Elegant restaurant and staffs are very kind. The spicy glazed shrimps are amazingly delicious...was nice to spend my first dinner in there with my wife. Nice mango shake...we will go dining in there again...

We just accidentally discovered Jose for a super late lunch last Saturday when we happen to access Festival Malls new wing from Asian Hospital.We ordered their Wagyu Caldereta, Sizzling Bangus Sisig and Adobo Rice.The wagyu in their caldereta was really soft but theres that stinky smell of the beef on my palate at every bite. Maybe the caldereta recipe is not really fit for wagyu? I dont know. But I just dont like the lansa that I taste.There was nothing special about their sizzling bangus sisig. My son who always likes to order bangus sisig at every opportunity even commented that there was just way too little milkfish. The dish was more like a tofu with bangus as there were really lots of tofu. Adding a supposedly crispy skin of the bangus on the dish was not a saving factor either.Finally, the adobo rice was also another mistake. The rice was too soft (lata) as if it was cooked with too many water. The taste was bland and did not taste like an adobo at all. I was surprised to see shrimps! I cant remember if they divulged that in their menu because if they did I would have not ordered it since my son is allergic to crustaceans.The interior and the furnitures are already worn out. The restrooms were not properly maintained. They were not that dirty (I cant say their spick and span clean because of the wet floor) but a lot needs to be repaired and replaced.The service was just okay. Would have been better if their staff dined away from their customers to give their customers some privacy. The restaurant is big and there were just two groups of customers including mine. So I dont understand why they have to eat right next to our tables. When I went to their restroom which was at the other end of the restaurant, I even passed by a long table with dirty dishes that were not bussed out.So overall, it wasnt a fancy restaurant. Not worth another visit.

Celebrated my moms birthday here an had fun. We went here on a Tuesday night so they were not full and we were seated immediately.We ordered the unli Special Bulalo, Laing with tinapa flakes, fried chicken, Grant boneless bangus, and. Adobo rice. We got tinapa rice for free as their promo of the month.Nobody had any bad thing to say about the food - everyone said the food was delicious. The servings, though, was not what they had expected. Yummy food plus great service equals satisfied customers. They offer Unlimited Wagyu steak which is a rarity here in the South. I would definitely recommend their wide variety of sizzling food items such as Mechado, Caldereta, Karekare etc. My family absolutely loved their Unlimited Bulalo! Check this place out on your next Family Day and you wont be disappointed.
