Stayed here with my daughter as we waited for the results of our RT-PCR test and the wonderful staff made sure our stay was as stress-free as possible. I had a lot of questions but their front desk officers were always polite and obliging. The room was spotless and we had the best nights sleep! We only stayed for one night as we received the results on the same day, but the entire process was seamless. We felt very safe as well. Well definitely be back once things are better! :)

Great Hotel and Friendly Staff. One of the best Hotels in Alabang Area. Food is great and facilities are complete. Needs to maintain carpeted hallways so that no smells come out.

Second time here:The only problem I have this place which I do think needs improvement is breakfast. A lot of the visitors are from overseas and there is not a lot of options available.The second problem is if your late, say 9:30 it is very likely that they will have ran out of some things.One of the best hotel apprtments i have been. Rooms are large with all you need for a short or long term stay. Equipment is new. Gym is fully equipped. Resturant has some good food and breakfast is good as well.Reception is great and helpfull and hotel is very close to a major plaza.

Somerset alabang is one of the newest hotels in the filinvest area. They serve very delicious buffet breakfast (bacon is to die for!). The rooms are well kept and all furnitures+appliances are all top class! They have a bigger pool compared to the other hotels in the area. The staff especially the main lobby are very corteous and helpful! They will all serve you with a smile! The only thing i dont like is their basement parking because every basement floor is diveded to 2 levels so there is a high chance that you might miss your correct slot if you are not observant enough. This place is just a few meters away from Festival mall so its very convenient.

Beautiful Hotel with 5 star accommodations.

All service is good accept Breakfast. Cant even to have eggs.Happen to stay there again. No improvement on the breakfast. No service staffs no coffee cant even self service.Knowing the weak point and taking customers feedback but ZERO improvement.

The hotel staff were outstanding. They were very polite and respectful. The room was very clean, and all appliances were in great condition. The location is perfect for me, and central to all the malls and buildings. The only minus is that we had a noisy neighbor, who kept on slamming the door. Also their was loud music coming from outside at night. Also, the breakfast buffet isnt that great. I got sickbon the second time I had the buffet. The selection is not plentiful. There is no longaniza, tapa, tocino, or bangus. The cold cuts are not fresh, and the cured ham or pork has a distinct taste. The pork adobo got me sick.I would stay here again if they changed the buffet menu. Breakfast is important for me.

OH WOW!Somerset Alabang - what a magnificent place. I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. My room didnt have a nice view, but that wasnt needed.The staff were, to put it in a word, MAGNIFICENT. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous and friendly. The hotel, and my room was spotless. Every day, it was serviced and cleaned to perfection.The room was really nice and big. The bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. The Air Conditioner worked beautifully. The TV in my room was very good, as was everything else really.Frankly, if I get to go to Manila again, the Somerset would be my preferred destination.Thank you to the staff of the Somerset Alabang for a memorable, and delightful stay! Most certainly worth 5 stars!

Nice and elegant reception area. The room we got was tidy and comes with most of the basic needs like laundry area, and ref.

The rooms are spacious (or maybe my house is just small) and the bed is very comfy. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I would surely suggest this hotel to my friends.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my cousin’s wedding. If you have money go stay at 1-bedroom Deluxe. It’s worth to pay extra. A/C works pretty well, bathroom is clean, so much space. After 1 night I had to move to Studio Room because how my cousin booked. It’s very small but enough to just spend the night, bathtub stuck the water, A/C did not work properly. This hotel has Pool, Restaurant, Gym. Unfortunately, they charge for everything but you would enjoy the 1-Bedroom Deluxe for sure.

My business partner checked in there for 2 months, their front desk are the worst ever, spending $900 a week, he cant even borrow 2 dumbells from the gym to his room for 1 hour. This hotel WONT DO extra mile for their client. They just want money.Do not check in at this hotel

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and the best service.The hotel is so clean, every staff member is kind and accommodating. The pool area is really nice, and the rooms are big and comfortable.We left for 2 days and stayed at Vivere as the hotel also had good reviews. What a mistake that was. We were horrified, and were so happy to be back at Somerset. We got sick from Vivere water and the staff at Somerset were kind enough to bring Gatorade to our room with a sweet note.Thank you so much Somerset, I’ll definitely come back if I ever have an opportunity to visit Manila again.

This is a beautiful hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite this being a very nice hotel and staff the breakfast made me and my coworker sick. I stayed here for 1 week and made frequent trips to the bathroom. The day that I left, I skipped breakfast and that night I was much better. My coworker was there for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of living life like me (frequent trips to the bathroom) he stopped eating the breakfast, and like me that evening he felt better.

Had a great stay at Somerset Alabang. The location is very convenient. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-maintained. Lobby, pool, breakfast place and gym are all impressive. Definitely coming back!

좋아요 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절해요.매일 생수 500ml3개와 산미구엘 라이트 제공됐는데 이제 생수 페트병은 환경때문 제공 안된다고는 해요. 정수기 보급된다는데 아직 생수병이긴 해요. 작은 수영장에 큰타월 제공되구 구명조끼있어요 슬라이드없음.헬스장 그리고 작지만 키즈클럽 있는데 이게 어디냐며 만족합니다

Great place to stay. Staff is wonderful and always helpful. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Easy walk to the malls with a variety of different places to eat. Take the Sky way to the casinos or mall of Asia.

Somerset was clean and comfy. The staff are kind and helpful. Rooms could definitely be larger. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated and a tasty one at that. Shopping is close by with Westgate, Alabang Town Center, and Festival Mall. Wish that internet would be as fast as comparable hotels in Bonifacio Global City

A very nice clean place to stay for a whole family. It has complete space for cooking and it has Washing Machine can do laundry too. Staff are very friendly and aproachable. A good location near to all . Happy to recomend a nice place like this!

Nice comfortable hotel. Since they market the place as an appartment it is ok to bring food along to cook. Bigger units do have a washing machine. Nice set-up for the pool. Good place to bring the kids along especially having a playroom near the pool area as well as a gym. Breakfast: its just ok but with slightly less choices than the other established hotels around (example: Acacias or Crimsons). Parking though has some snags. I wish they have valet service in case cars need to be moved on busy days. Nice, helpful staff too. Overall its an ok hotel for me.

Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Location is extremely convenient to office for my business trip. Room is always clean. Comparing to my last stay here, there are more food choices in the restaurant, which I consider as a very good improvement. The gentlemen working the pool and the gym on the 4th floor are extremely professional and helpful.

Everything is absouluty amazing about this hotel, from the extreme friendly welcoming staff to the facilities(gym, pool, bar etc), the room size and quality, cant fault it one bit! My only reservation would be the breakfast selection could be slightly improved.

I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay.The staff are very friendly. Very easy walk to the malls.My only negative comment is the food and room service was not good. It took awhile to have the food delivered and the food was cold and not good. Also missing condiments and basics such as napkins. Room for improvement in this area. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel, excellent staff. Everyday coming back to hotel, I always enjoy talking with Edward who works security check outside the door. When he does the security check around a car, he looks so serious and professional. When I ask about his little son, he is so personal and such a proud father showing me the picture. The professional with a personal touch just makes life perfect. The same goes to Christian who works at the pool on the 4th floor outside the restaurant. The professionalism with the politeness combined shows me how promising a guy he is as a hotel employee.

The staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Upon arrival in Manila, my luggage was missing. I filed claim with the airline at the airport and checked into Somerset Hotel without my luggage. I explained my situation to the front desk staff and left the airline claim information to them. For the next two days, they have called the airline and the airport many times on my behalf to coordinate the luggage delivery. They finally had the airline delivered my luggage to the hotel on the third day. I am very grateful of their help and deeply appreciate their effort. I will stay at Somerset for my future visit. I will also recommend Somerset to my friends.

The stuff are very friendly. The area seems very safe. The restaurant menu is small, but there are tons of places to eat around. The only problem is if you want to visit Manila City, the traffic is terrible. 16km for 40mins that’s normal. So give yourself lots of time if that’s your plan.

Nice hotel with complete amenities. love the design and the art pieces. The pool looks very relaxing, and the food during breakfast is superb. Downside is that its pretty small, and it gets cramped when there are a lot of guests.

Clean and sharp.Check in FOA was less welcoming and made me feel simply transactional.Only when I called a friend did the staff at Front Desk displayed effort to engage us guests.Breakfast spread was limited but tasteful.Room is small, bed good, linen fresh, toilet neat.Security courteous and helpful.No shuttle to malls.Good stay. Just right for an overnight stay.

Large, spacious rooms with complete amenities such as iron, hair dryer, washing machine, induction cooker, etc. Staff are very helpful to guests. Hotel is located in the heart of Alabang which are conveniently located near shopping malls. Your stay will be worth it.

One of the best in South. We had the best anniversary celebration! Perfect temperature of room, very comfortable and soft blanket and pillows, complete appliances, amenities and great interior. Very accomodating staff,prompt and friendly. Lastly, very sumptuous choice of food in their buffet breakfast! Well definitely come back and recommend

Hotel restaurant on the 4th floor serves your need well. The waitstaff are professional, polite, and helpful. They take good care of me during my stay. I know they take good care of everybody else too.

Located at less than 30minutes from the airport, pickup can be also arranged by the hotel. The location is not touristic at all but it id quiet and conveniently located for business

My first visit to the Philippines has been wonderful while staying at Somerset in Alabang! They have a very courteous staff that is always ready and willing to help!

Picked this hotel up for the location since it right next to my office. The staff is amazing, both at the front desk and at the bar. But I had two issues that really killed it for it. First my rooms air conditioner went kaput middle of the night, the staff was responsive but still it screwed up my sleep and next day. Then my laundry was super delayed and I had to call housekeeping multiple times to inquire about it.
