Kainis un guard..galing kami s pgbike2 at bibili kmi ng drinks.pinapaalis kmi at d daw pede mgpark dun,at sbi nmin saglit lng kmi at bibili mg drinks kht un isa lng nmin ksma ang bibili at mghhnty kmi s lbas.ayaw p rin nya..naiintidhn nmin n parking for motor un,e wala nmn nka parking ni isa,,d nmn kmi magttagal,ok lng paalisin mo kmi kng di kmi customer..

Very Bad experience with the crew. Habang tumitingin ako ng oorderin ko sa menu nabangga nya ako at lumingon lang sa akin na mukha pang astigin sa akin without even saying sorry. Porke ba nakapambahay at tsinelas lang ako hindi na karespeto respetong tignan??? No manners at all. I don’t know if these store managers are briefing their employees on how to pay respect to their costumers regardless of appearances.

Gotta love my Jollibee Lots of parking space, and a nice area. Grocery shopping, banking needs, and other shops are just a stone’s throw away.

Right after doing the grocery chores this is where we usually spend our time to eat our fav Jolli Spaghetti and fries.Dining is always good here with quite a few people lining up.

Its weird but Jollibee food here taste better than the ones served near my home. Large crowd during lunch because it is the only fast food restaurant in the vicinity. Crew is generally fast and accommodating.

The service is slow. Evrytime I order a food the line is forever and its always like that. My worst experienced is 30 minutes in queue and having a roaring stomach. I hope that theres another fast food chain in my area so that I have an option not to choose this horrible chain. Sorry for the bad review

Near to puregold, no need to worry about buying groceries before or after your visit at Jollibee Lakefront.

Time to serve the food is too much longer than other branches. Also, bad experience with the crew. Most of them do not even try to appear helpful. Not every food available all the time somehow. Sometimes they dont even have ice hear. Im still thankful that the food quality doesnt suffer. Still that same ol goodness weve expected from Jollibee.

Service is too slow.. you have to call the service crews attention first for you to have a clean table.. poor service!!

The place is hot, hotter if its day time. The service is slow, their manager is so slow to decide and anticipate the number of customers that will visit. Most of the time the orders are incomplete.

Its a 5star for me! Manager and crew are all approachable and friendly!

The nearest Jollibee in the area. The ambient and the vibe is good. The store is clean and i have no complain with the taste of the food but this particular Jollibee need to improve on its service and attitude towards customer. Serving of orders takes longer compare to other Jollibee branches that have more queing in the counter.

1st impression sucks. The requested water during order of the meal was ignored. Did a followup after 10min, guess what, still ignored. Either they’re clearly understaff or having under-qualified staff. Hope this branch will provide better service next time.

Ordering was at its slowest despite having 3 counters active. Airconditioning wasnt good considering I went there at 10am. I think itll be worse during noon and with addtl people since it was just less rhan half occupied.
