No star sana kaso di MA post . Nag order ako nang family bucket with spaghetti pan. Nag request ako nang 6plate aba! Tinambak lang sa tray na parang bumili ka nang gamit at Hindi pagkain. Tas nag request ako nang tubig may naka matapos na kumain mga kids ko walang Dumating. Nag punta ako sa counter may nakita ako maka gray na girl sabi ko request ako nang 6 glass of water aba ang tagal yung pakiramdam mo namamalimos ka kahit bayad ka naman. Jollibee main training niyo ulit nang values and how to communicate sa customer ang girl nanaka gray na damit na yun sa Alabang Jollibee tabi nang Dunkin Donuts at police station down stairs halos nang over pass.

I ordered for dine in ...maybe 10:30 evening ... But the cashier gave me on take out packaging.peo my dine in plates nmn cla avail... Den i told her im dine in.... She replied its ok mam ...sabay bigay ng food... So ganun pla ngaun jn sa jollibee kpag late night n c costumer n mag aadjust.... Maybe u nid to know ur standards the diff. Between dine in and takeout. Procedure... So dissapointing... Sa food as olweiz ok nmn... But in customer service... No ... Ur not satisfying ur costumer in simple packaging ... Di mo mbigay ng ayus. Kawala lang ng gana.

Affordable pasalubong pra s mga kids,lalo n ang chicken joy and fries. My son love it khit mlaki n sya...laking jollibee!

During this pandemic very few restaurants keeps their quality and people needs to get good service out of their money. Jollibee alabang junction has been with us for a long time. All throughout the years Ive experienced how the quality of customer service and the quality of their products has declined. Jollibee is a great fastfood chain but jollibee junction alabang has poor customer service and sub par quality products. Definitely not satisfied with it anymore.

Very convenient location and its easily accessible. Not enough parking though.

The place is clean and well sanitized.There is social distancing and the manager is very accommodating.I would love to go back again .Happy customer here

Sometimes bunch of customer is going here.and Im willing to wait because the place is clean and crew is approachable.

Great service during pandemic

The only Jollibee branch I never went back again. Their chicken has blood inside it and when I asked their manager if they can replace it, responded with ganon talaga yung chicken nila like I should just accept the bloody chicken as is. We were both calm naman, but I cant accept their resolution. I left the area and my food. Sorry but I love my Jollibee chicken cooked.

Very bad sanitation. Floor is all wet and muddy. Smells really bad.

Disappointed with their chicken joy, Awful taste, seemed like an old stock. They changed the meal anyway but still tasted d same probably that batch of food had a problem with d storageneeds improvement

Our visit is a very early Saturday morning. I dont think they should be expecting a lot of people at 6 in the morning, but they are already appearing to be rushed and very busy. Our orders arrive very late, and the dessert did not come until we are leaving. I still need to personally ask for them on the counter, and was first told they cant give the desserts, which I already paid for, because I dont have the receipt. The funny thing is that the receipt is already with them as they already asked for it earlier.

Love their spicy chicken and spaghetti and very affordable.

Its always good to buy pasalubong for kids enjoying their favorite spaghetti Filipino taste and fried chicken.

Some chicken parts such as thigh part are not available everytime i visit the store..so disappointing.

Not impressed. I got 4 meals for takeout, the crew just dumped everything in one tight brown bag, the sauce spilled. I asked for 1 extra little packet of gravy - they dont have it. They have a bigger one but you gotta pay!?!?!?!?! Disappointed.

I ordered in drive through two piece spicy chicken pero ang binigay regular chicken.

Food is good as usual and customer service is superb. But the smell in the party area is not good. Be sure to eat outside of the party area.

Well this is not the first Jollibee i had eaten at but this is certainly the most convenient one if you are out at the early morning and have the appetite to crunch your teeth on a juicy piece of chickennjoy.

Its so easy and they approachable to the customer but no crew on the dining and only one guard supposed to be have 4 guard
