Place was clean. They practiced social distancing guidelines. They had disinfectant per table. Staff were attentive and courteous. They all wore their masks and face shields. Menu was digital via qr code. Food was still great.

The Alabang Town Center branch of the American restaurant chain. As such, it has the expected diner standards like burgers, pizza, buffalo wings, etc. But it also has some local dishes thrown in, which is probably standard with their international branches. The food is good and generously sized; most dishes are good for sharing. Service is friendly and attentive, and more importantly, the food is served quickly (note: your experience may vary if you visit at peak lunch or dinner hours). Prices are maybe 2-3 times what you’d spend at a fast food place, but reasonable for a restaurant.

Good place for hang out, no crowded in weekdays and food are fresh and yummy.

Quality of food was not how I remember it prior to quarantine.

Pandemic updates:- menu can be viewed via QR code; no physical menu will be handed over- disposable plates and utensils will be provided- they are strict on quarantine protocol (social distancing-- even when youre with family)Still, food is good.

This branch is pretty spacious. Toilet is also clean, so ++ points there..

Unpleasant experience. Order came late. Iced tea came late. When billing it took more than 30 minutes and receipt was confusing. They gave ketchup late, when the meal was almost finished. The place was not full and service was still slow because of understaffing. Will not eat here again.

Every time i have ever ate there always good food and drinks. Great comfort food and great service. More of the American cuisine.

I couldnt see any improvements and disappointing after i wrote below review before they renovate their resto. Still the service is terrible. very low quality of service those who work at there. especially waitress. yum but the managent is terrible. They are sitting and eating while many table left dirty. if i were you i will clean every customer left instead of sitting.

New items on the menu are OK. but the servings of their best sellers used to be bigger.
