I think ung manager walang active listening skills. i asked her over the phone kung pwedeng ung billing statement ko is ill show it na lang kasi its in my email sabi nya sige po walang problema. so ako naman nagmamadaling pumunta only to find out na hindi daw pwede and its just surprising to know that they dont have an inkjet printer. so to make the story short ive just wasted my time! first of all kung hindi naman nirerequire sa akin ng employer ko na BPI ang wire transfer na gagamitin hinding hindi ako magapply sa bangko nyo! dahil sa customer service pa lang ninyo paghihintayin ka ng 1 hour sa phone kakahintay only to find out na ung system nyo is updating or down!
