Customers are prioritized more than agents. What is frustrating is tellers cannot help you with statement of accounts as they direct you to be the website. I went there to complain that I cant sign in on the website, due incorrect password. I reported that to change password, the link arrives in your email after four hours where its expiration is only thirty minutes. The teller said that I complain thru their hotline
