Nagcheck in kami sa executive room nila. And dumi ng cr, walang tissue, yung side ng jacuzzi may nakaopen na parang electric pump, delikado sa may kasamang bata. Kung alam ko lang sa deluxe room nalang kami, same lang naman. Wala pang masyadong channels na para sa bata. Contrary sa pinopromote nila na family-friendly hotel. Standard is still motel. Daig pa sila ng mga di masyadong sikat na motel.

Sobrang tagal pag naghihintay ng rooms grabe! Nagbigay ng oras ng availability d nmn tinupad!

Ang mga staff very disrespectful, at kahit nasa hotel kapa at Hindi kpa ng check out, gusto nila mag bayad ka agad sa halagang 200 pesos, pinahiya ako ng staff ang sarap

Sogo Hotel... Not so clean... Not so good... Soooooo Empty.... Pagpasok mo sa room.... Alang towel, alang tissue, alang kumot... Lahat ala! Since ala clang pool kumuha kami ng room na may bath tub para sa bata... Pero ang bathtub alang takip ang strainer... Lahat irerequest takes 30 minutes kada request... Pinakamabilis ang nirequest na tubig... 1 minute anjan na yun pala may bayad ang tubig! Kainis! Binigyan kami ng kumot may dugo dugo pa... Ano ba yan!!! It seems pang short time lang talaga ang hotel or should i say motel na ito.... Not advisable for family travellers like us....Sayang ang pera ko... Sana pala Orotel na lang kami... Katabing hotel lang nitong NOT SO GOOD NOT SO CLEAN na hotel na ito...

The foods is very bad, specially the they served us spoiled rice, and the vegetables is bad.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel receptionist give me a smoking room. When my arrival at the hotel , they have bo ideal about the online booking and i been waiting about half hours. I didnt get any notice about the room environment. They just simply select a room for me where the room looks like under renovation which the washroom have water on floor

We have been staying in this hotel since 2012 as it is the closest hotel to the family we visit in Mexico, Pampanga. Seems likely the cleanliness and overall experience is no longer acceptable for us. It is good for a short time (2 hour) visit for lovers but for people wanting to spend a day or two I would not reccomend. Noise from cleaning staff, customers, and kids. Bad odor and scent. Stairwell littered with dirty dishes and a couple of mattresses? No longer have remote for AC in room to control temperature. We always bring a blanket because they only give you a thin sheet with the AC set to 16. On or off is only option. We basically used it as luggage storage. The price is cheap but quality even less. We did not even stay a night though we booked and paid for 2 in advance on Expedia just so we would not have to wait for a room on our arrival as that had happened before.. We stayed at another hotel in San Ferando (Bendix) which cost more but was well worth it for the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet.

Mabagal ang cashier at staff Kaya ng nag early booking Para pagdating sa hotel Wala ng hassle.. Yun sofa bed pilay pa paa Kaya nadisgrasya pa si daddy nun bumagsak sa floor sinabi namin sa staff Wala naman ginawa at di na bumalik ulit, marami din lamok sa garage at sa room bukod Dyan OK naman lahat nakakaaliw ang themes at jacuzzi very spacious din ang room..

About an average SoGo experience. The location is great with SM, Robinsons and Sky Ranch within walking distance. Recommend for couples. One thing I did not like, I booked for 2 days, on the second day I was asked to show my confirmation number again. When I went to the front desk the same lady who saw and wrote down my confirmation from the day before had to see it and write it down again. I thought it was clear when I checked in I reserved for 2 nights. Sogo has 24 hour checkin and the time you check in is the time you check the fallowing day. No 12noon check out time. If you check in at 2pm your check out will be 2pm.

Just stayed there to sleep since we are attending a training nearby. The hotel served its purpose for us. This hotel caters to people who spend short time hours in a hotel, so please be prepared for it. Dont expect top notch service because you get what you pay for. No complaints on our part.

It was a ver pleasant stay.. affordable and comfortable. clean and good.

Not good at all. Bad housekeeping. Got food poisoning. No hot water. I will never stay at Sogo again and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This hotel appears to be for çouples and can be rented by the hour! No cupboards, no hot water, taps and toilet flushes loose and fall off, beds hard, sheets and pillow cases old grey and stained. Rooms not cleaned daily but have to ask, I asked 3 times one day for the room to be changed and got home at 1 am to find it still hadnt been done. Wouldnt even rate it good enough for local long term stays. smoking is not policed and it smells awful.

No hot water toilets keep blocking can not sleep with all the noise of short stay guests and staff no kitchen or windows , will never stay here again better to live on the streets only good thing it was close to shopping malls SM and Robinsons

This hotel need to improve their toilet facilities. The toilet flash give me problem . The blanket thin for the good aircond .TV channel very good but the receiver not very clear.My Room No 415..But I feel ok for that range of Rate .

Always my go to hotel when in sfdo.

Bed was made and room was cooled just before our stay, though no toilet tissue provided, lots of kiss marks on mirror, toiletry or toothpaste stains on bathroom walls, though food was fast and edible, but had to asked four times when ordering room service as they didnt understand my Windsor English accent, but they did try and some pleasant staff..

I had to wait for the room to be prepared it took a good 30 minute wait

The room was never cleaned during my stay tv didnt work power kept shorting out ended up booking into another hotel a week before due to leave and could not get refund

Hotel is close to SM Pampanga. Starbucks right across the street at the mall. Many restaurants. Also very close is Robinsons Mall with Bus station in the back.
