Worst customer service.Di ko sisihin crew nila kasi madami naman talaga customers. Pero their kitchen management really needs improvement.

Ang tagal ng servings kahit konti lang tao, nauna pa iba table na mas nauna kami.. naubos na first hinatid nila 1 plate na palabok, yun gulaman at halo halo wala pa.. nasamid na lola ko.. wala mainom!!!Pakiayos ang que # hnd nasusunod at pwede kapag magserves COMPLETE na hnd yun pahabol habol,, nakakawalang gana!!

Nagtake out ako ng bangus sisig with rice. Pero walang rice binigay sakin.

I give 1 star atleast may star diba. Ahmm napaka poor ng service yun lang naman. Yow manager sana makita mo ang mga pagkukulang ninyo.

The queue in here is very long, expect to wait 30 min to an hour of waiting. Always make advanced reservation if youre in a group. The chicken is fair, bland and sometimes burnt. Staff are panicking when the place starts to build up.

Always full. Staff looked harassed and exhausted with the volume of customers. Might help if there is a second Mang Inasal at SMPampanga.

There is a usual wait in here. Expect 30 mins up when there are lot of people.The last time we eat here there are many people and we also have to wait for us to have our seats. Yes this branch doesnt have a good space. That last time actually we had a two strangers in our table, awkward!.
