Yung Leviste branch nyo, may buhok yung food na sinerve.Nung sinabi namin sa waiter, inalis lang yung buhok without explanation. We had to ask yung supervisor.Apparently, baka nilagay namin yung hair? Wow.Very poor cleanliness. Ambience is ok but not that great. Food was good but nothing extraordinary. Good selections of Chinese and Pinoy food. Good amount of serving for the price.

Foodvwasbok. Cook needs to learn to cook tge onions in the Sweet and Sour pork. Wait staff needs improvement. Forgot one dish we ordered. Had to be reminded.

Service is slow, place smelled of cigarette, but food is good. For the price they give out though they should mind the ambiance theyre setting.

Food is okay. Service is so-so. Food is served a bit fast but the bill takes too long esp when there just a few people in their restaurant. The staff arent as attentive as other branches and there are always some staff sleeping on empty tables. They also dont allow parking at Leviste St on weekends even if they have vacant slots. Then some slots in the other entrance are taken by deliveries even if most of their bikes are already in the opposite one and they lose customers this way. Anyway I dont think the staff care. It feels like they dont want customers as much as possible. Whoever owns this branch should check the cctv if their staff are working as expected.

If youre in the area and you craving for some Asian food, this place is open for 24 hours. The chili ️ sauce here is still the bomb yo!

There werent any customers when I ate there, so they were quite busy cleaning floors, tables, doing inventory etc. which for me means that they dont let themselves idle and they have more time to assist customers during their peak hours. They were able to get my order immediately and I think the service time was timely. Not so sure because I was busy watching Jo Lot on Netflix while waiting. I ordered noodles with litid, and it was exactly what I needed on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I paid using my debit card, so it was overall a hassle free experience.

Bad food quality for a North Park branch. The interiors feel stuffy and the ambiance really isnt appetizing.

February 2, 2019 : The Nanking Beef I ordered had the worst portion of meat ever served to me. It was not edible at all.

Food sucks, ingredients of the halo halo was not fresh, considering its price, it was a ripoff.

Horrible, horrible experience when I ordered food for pick up. I regret having to make this review because I’ve been patronising North Park for years. I called in my orders around 2 pm because I will just pick it up at 6 pm for dinner with my folks. It was Princess Sureta who got my order and read it back to me for confirmation. She got my landline and mobile numbers I guess just in case I forget to pass for it. However, when I got there, no one knew that I ordered something for pickup. The manager, Geraldine Martija, who has been working with North Park for 15 years, profusely apologised and began preparing the orders. She said it wasn’t endorsed by Princess to the next cashier. When I inquired where she was during endorsement, she said she was on break. Now why would the manager who’s supposed to oversee operations decide to go on break during a critical time like endorsement. Your system is inefficient and has to be reviewed. And can I also say now that the reason I don’t eat in North Park Leviste is because it looks dirty and smells like garbage everywhere, despite a recent renovation. There’s just something that smells so unappetising inside the restaurant.

Lousy service. 15 mins just to get your change in the business district is just not acceptable.

Foods great but takes too long to be served

One of our comfort food. We are always ordering the Lechon Macau, crab meat fried rice as they are using real crab meat, steamed prawn dumpling (branch at the back of Valero has big prawns, the one in Glorieta is not so big :p), sometimes the crispy/fried noodles :) always busolve and prices are sulit.
