Nag-order kme sa drive thru ng 10 pcs spicy. Paguwi nmn hindi spicy nakalagay sa box. Tumawag ako customer service pero wala pa din action. Hayys, nakaka sira ng Valentines.

Quoted as fast food but it took sometime to prepare the food and waited for af least 25 minutes for not so busy period... slow service.

マクドナルドでチーズバーガー(レギュラー)をオーダーしました。４５phpなので、日本よりかなりお得感があるなぁとおもったら、パテは全くの別物。そこら辺で売っている安いバーガーの謎肉と同じ。マクドナルドだけに安定の世界共通の味だと思っていただけに、かなり残念。

My first choice of breakfast was not available. The wait time was a bit longer than it should; AND this really defeats the term fastfood.The venue also needs better sanitation. Looks like this is the worst McDonalds branch Ive tried.

Chicken was si dry, and the mushroom siya was promised to serve in 7minnutes, and ive waited for 20 minutes and it was not serve.

Fries arent hot and chicken fillet is chewy

The reason why I will give this a 5 stars is that when my friend and I had dined in there last time. My friend left his cellphone unattendedly to the table after we ate our food. Upon leaving the restaurant, a staff/waiter ran toward us and quickly gave the phone to my friend. So much thankful for having watchful and very kind staff specially to kuya.

This place must be too popular to ran out of spaghetti meal, black iced coffee and still have slow service.

Its been our refuge whenever we go to Manila to dropby and eat here.

The place is spacious but can still be very crowded especially during peak hours, though it is not as worse as the one in Kalaw. Staffs are very accomodating and foods are served quickly. However, their ice cream machine is not working most of the time and the worst thing is that they dont serve Matcha Mcflurry.

They put things on the menu which they dont sell. Like the special spice for nuggets. They dont have it. They havent run out of it. They will not have it. Ever. I was told by staff. Then you shortly cross it out.Also in this and many branches there is a pillar in the middle of the ordering disk so there is no way to see the menu without running around.Please print a menu you can hand to the customer.

Always get the double cheeseburger with extra onions and extra pickles (those extras are free, you just have to say you want them), medium fries (shake-shake fries, if available) and soda. Works everytime.

Slow WiFi and it would be great if they renovated it up to 2nd floor like in U.N since this branch is always filled with customers from local company employes and tourist.Im here like in a daily basis and I always noticed people do takeout instead (like me) and customers are forces to seat along with strangers which is fine (I guess).Service is good as expected with their standard.I feel comfortable when Im eating alone and seeing the guard near me like saying hey bud time to leave and give it to other customersP.S. the star grade is entirely for the seats not service and food or neither the slow WiFi since I used data

Slow service at lunch time on 2019/03/31. They might have been understaffed at the moment.Typically small McDonalds servings (relative to competitor Jollibee or KFC)

Super rude staff here. It was my first time in this country and first place I ate after a flight. My wife is filipion mind you. So we went here and I asked for 3 McMuffins. The guy said You want number 3 meal?. I told him I meant 3 Egg McMuffins. He again was confused. I pointed and say I wanted 3 of the McMuffin sandwiches. So I pay and he gives me three of the number 3 meals. Which is 3 Egg McMuffins, 3 drinks and 3 other things.I got annoyed and told my wife I wanted to complain but she said Here we call it pieces. You needed to say you wanted 3 pieces of the McMuffin.. I thought that was ridiculous. 3 McMuffins means 3 McMuffins. Its not hard to understand. Last time I went to that one.
