Fantastico, espetacular, idílico! Todos serviços perfeitos. O café da manhã tem tudo que possa imaginar. Mas filipinos são meio espertos. No check in nos disseram que o quarto da nossa tarifa só tinha fumante o que é estranho para um hotel de luxo que não tem janelas. Então nos ofereceram um upgrade de 39 dólares para um quarto melhor. Depois nos ligaram no quarto e falaram que erraram e que era o dobro. Mas valeu cada centavo pois o quarto era maravilhoso. Banheira com muita espuma e sais. Silêncio e escuridão totais. Som da JBL. Toalhas, lençóis, colchão e travesseiros de primeira. E o visual de trás é da piscina. O da frente deve ser ruim pois Manila é bem feia e suja, me desculpem. Tem traslado grátis para o Shopping Asia Mall que é completo (mas sem marcas de luxo) e que tem uma quantidade de restaurantes que nunca vi igual. Todos os lugares que você chega de carro (não tem Uber, chama-se Grab) revistam tudo com cachorro inclusive. Nos shoppings e lojas também só se entra passando por detector metal e revista com palpação.

시티 오브 드림 리조트에 위치한 호텔인데 큰 카지노가 같이 붙어 있다. 담배 냄새가 심해 1층 로비나 UG에 있는 드림 플레이, 식당 등을 이용하고 나면 옷에서 담배 냄새가 심하게 난다. 다행히 객실 쪽에서는 나지 않으나, 참고하시길 바란다. 수영장은 적당한 사이즈이고 노부 호텔과 통해 있으나, 이동하여 이용하려면 추가 요금을 달라고 한다.

如果你不介意飯店大廳出入人員複雜，馬尼拉凱悅應該是不錯的住宿選擇。乾淨，舒適，不貴。尤其2樓的商店街，走到盡頭，還有7-11。隨時不用擔心吃的問題。不過，你問我還好再來住宿嗎？應該不會。與賭客們共用一個電梯，大廳隨時吵雜。比較不是我喜歡的。

Based on dinner buffet. A lot of quality food! You wont be disappointed. Very flavorful, chef quality. The preparation isnt rushed when you ask them for something. Would love to go again. I had christmas dinner here and made reservations in advance. Beer was included! The flavored drinks were very sweet though. Didnt taste like fresh fruit. I would recommend they do fresh fruit without the added processed sugar.

With the staffs constant smiles and generosity, i would rate the hotel experience a 5 star! Most especially the staffs of Lounge they are very helpful and kind..Will definitely be back again soon..

Lots of food choices but what I really like about is their steak.

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I arrive to the Philippines and leave the Philippines this is where I begin and end my stay in the Philippines. Its close to the airport and close to the Mall of Asia one of the largest Malls in the Philippines and right across the road is Manila Bay Walk. They actually provide a free shuttle bus to and from the Mall of Asia. They have a huge swimming pool and outside lounge area on the 3rd floor and on the 2nd floor an inside mini mall with shops, restaurants, entertainment and Starbucks. The only problem I had was with security who were giving me a hard time about the drone in my luggage. They wanted to take it and hold it for me and I refused. I didnt understand why. I had no intention of flying a drone inside of a hotel. Who does that? Im an adult 54 years of age. Im not a child. Other then that my stay here is always the best. Highly recommend this place.

A luxurious accomodation in Pasay City, it has swimming pool, a gym, an array of fancy restaurants, cozy rooms, good service and an integrated Casino.

Our quick escape place. Family friendly even if there is a casino in the area. Bonus is its the one with the kiddie pool among the rest of the City Of Dreams hotels. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Requests are accommodated and spot on. There are also good deals online for this property and restaurant. The new ayala mall is close by this location is ideal if you want to visit the mall.

Once again an excellent hotel which delivers a personable experience. From the time you arrive you realise that the staff are well trained to facilitate the smooth running of a large hotel which manages to give the feeling of a small luxury boutique hotel where everyone knows you. When we return to Manila we will definitely stay here again.

The hospitality at the Hyatt Regency was first class. There is nothing negative to say, we were staying in Manila for a stop over before travelling onto cebu for our wedding anniversary. We were kindly upgraded to the junior suite and it was as you would imagine. Spacious, well designed and immaculate. We ordered room service which was delicious and I highly recommend to anyone visiting.

根本不如同在cod的nobu hotel。优点:有五星级应该有的东西，床舒服，窗户多。游泳池有热水池。缺点:太多了，咱一条一条数1，游泳池不如旁边的nobu，小，早上7点就很晒(反光＋阳光)，池水浑浊发黄。水池边沿硬是搞了一排屁用都没有的高台，将游泳池实际可用面积缩小了。2，房间设施不如nobu，没有体重秤，浴袍像洗过的卫生纸，薄，粗糙，显旧。mini bar食物没有nobu多。整个房间没有能挂湿衣服的地方。3，室内设计，个人认为不如nobu。房间面积是不小，但刚进门我居然看到个灰色石头走廊，这又不是套房哪来的光秃秃的走廊？这个区域丑死了。面积没有利用好。建设预算不够了？4，脏。整个房间只有床还可以。杯子全被放在脏的皮垫上，皮子本来就很难清洁，能不能不拿来放杯子？！蚂蚁！！！蚂蚁！！！浴袍上，毛巾上，沙发上！tmd到处都是。咬了我好几下，脸，肩膀，内裤里。5，设计师脑子有问题吗？为什么特别喜欢在有限的空间内搞很多台子？窗户边沿愣是安置了很宽很废物的高平台。房间内看着很大，实际都走不开了。又是走廊又是平台的。连个沙发都没有摆的下。

Great Hotel in the City of Dreams area which was a quick 15min (use the Skyway for just 45 extra pesos) taxi ride from NAIA terminal 3. Fantastic service all around! Greated very well on arrival... Club Lounge personnel were always super friendly and highly attentive... and we greatly appreciated the Concierge service in the end who took care of our luggage while we had extra time to kill at the Ayala Mall across the street before catching our flight home (he also recommended and arranged for a Grab ride to the airport for us since it was cheaper and more reliable than a taxi).The facilities were great. The room and bathroom were large and always kept clean. The Club Lounge was a great spot to relax and hang out throughout the day with a wonderful daily breakfast and afternoon snacks. The lobby is nice, but smokey (but what do you expect for having a Casino right there). The pool area was great, but the water was freezing! I never thought that word would come out of my mouth while visiting the Philippines, but they really should heat the pool as it is unbearable to stay in it for more than a few minutes. This was unfortunate since my 5yr old was planning on spending a ton of time at the pool during our visit.For meals, I recommend walking just across the street to the Ayala Mall which had a ton of great restaurants (like Manam).

You cant fault the staff, rooms or location but if youre not a smoker its a hard place to really enjoy. Youll either smell smoke or a chemically small thats masking the smoke. If youre a smoker and gambler youll think youve died and gone to tobacco heaven.

The room where we checked in was spacious and clean. The amenities were of a typical 5-star hotel. Has playground for children. Shops of luxury brands are found within. If youre looking for a casino hotel in the middle of busy buzzy city, then this one is for you.

From the concierge, the security officers, front desk, and especially the staff in the Club Lounge, theyre all so comitted and love to be working around their guests, which we happened to witnessed and experienced ourselves.
