At first, i didnt like my room cause it was dirty, but so thankful Shane helped me a lot. This hotel is near every places i needed, especially paco market. Im gonna miss this hotel and manila thank you so much!

This was a good hotel the staff always helped and are very polite. The room was always kept clean by room service always fresh bedding and towels with complimentary toiletries. There is a restaurant located within the hotel wich has a very large menu with plenty of choice from meals to drinks. There is a pool located within the centre of the hotel but could be cleaned more thoroughly. But it is located next to the paco park which is a beautiful place to go and see. I would recommend this hotel. There is also good wifi available never any issues. Staff are at Reception 24/7 if you require assistance.

Hotel needs an update and renovations. Rooms could be cleaner and more modern. Direction is a bit difficult to navigate given the location is not really convenient (a bit far from shops and restaurants). Part of our deposit was not returned given the room key broke while trying to enter the room. This was not our fault as the key was frail.However, the staff were friendly and accommodating overall and you get a somewhat comfortable stay at an affordable price.

The property is not in a good location to see the city... if you have a car it would be ok.. the staff were awesome.. very polite.The hotel it self could use a paint job. The room was good, did not have a frig or microwave. The Bed was ok, but may need to replace it because it sunk in the middle... I would stay there again, the restaurant food was good, a little over priced but good.

A nice value for money hotel. There is an excellent restaurant on the premises, with both local and Italian fare. Theres also a nice ground floor pool area where families congregate and kids have a great time.It is obvious that the hotel is trying very hard. Theres good attention to detail (there is actually a channel list for the TV), a complimentary English newspaper is delivered daily, and everyone is friendly and helpful.The hotel is on 3 floors and there is no elevator--the last set of stairs to the top floor are steep. The real issue for me was the very poor internet service. The wifi connection is very poor, slow, and intermittent. I also thought it a bit cheap that they charged for the two bottles of water in the room. Overall, a nice place for those on a budget.

The staff was helpful and accomidating and the food was good. Even the security was good. The hotel had no hot water in either room we tried, so hope you enjoy Cold showers.... no working cable tv so bring something to do, hard beds that are cheap and construction starts early so lot of noise. Last time they had fridges, now no fridge for my snacks. Also fluctuations in prices from 2400p to 2000 then the second day was at 1500.3 years ago is was 1200-1500pSuch a difference 3 years makes.

I requested for early check in and I received notification from Expedia that may early arrival is 10 am. I tried to contact the hotel but the tel. no. is not yet in service. We arrived in the hotel at 10 am but the receptionist told me that my check in is 2 pm, they havent notified with my early check in. In case, theres available room i need to pay additional early check in fee of PHP 200 per hour. I have food and I ask the receptionist if okay to eat at their dine in area near pool. it was disappointing that she told me that eating is not allowed unless Im already checked in. The CR is terrible, the staff is not accommodating.

Very easy check in. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and clean throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is closed but still confirming reservations on various booking apss. Now the trouble of refunding starts.

We were a group of 7, Hotel is old, no lift only stairs, no fridge in rooms, tv wasn’t working, no hot water. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, this hotel needs serious work done to it, also no safety box in the rooms, staff were very rude and unprofessional, front desk staff was nice and was able to help us with our enquires.

Absolute disgrace of a hotel, my room which was supposed to be a superior room was nothing like the pics state. Completely run down. Location says across the street from Paco Park but that park area is a shady area with of town. My room had an AC unit that was above the nightstand by the window. I woke up in the morning with my passport and watch soaking wet cause of the dripping of water from the AC unit. I was not compensated at all by the hotel, no apologies or anything. They just blow dried it as best they can and handed it to me without saying a word. All in all no quality or class from this hotel. It’s a big run down establishment that is in an undesirable area. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ein gutes Hotel im Herzen von Manila. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Dafür waren die Preise im Restaurant leider jenseits von gut und Böse. Ein Teller Spaghetti Carbonara für 17€ !!! Ein kleiner Teller Salat für 9 bis 12€ usw. und das in einem 2 Sterne Hotel in einem armen Entwicklungsland, wo die Kellner/Köche vielleicht gerade Mal 200-250€ monatlich verdienen, also von den Personalkosten können solche abenteuerlichen Menue-preise nicht kommen. Davon abgesehen war es aber gut.

Les chambres ne sont pas propres, il y a des poils par terre et nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain. Du bruit dans l’hôtel jusqu’à 5h du matin, donc on ne peux pas dormir. J’ai été très déçue du restaurant, j’ai pris des spaghettis al vongole et je n’ai pas pu les manger tellement il y avait de poudre piquante dedans ! J’ai demandé à ce qu’on me change l’assiette et la serveuse m’a ramené la même de toute évidence, car le plat était toujours aussi immangeable

Didn’t get to it was a scam. Offer super low prices to a closed hotel, and ship you to a much cheaper hotel.

Check in verlief nicht nach Wunsch. Wir hatten um ein (Superior!) Zimmer mit großem Fenster in einem der oberen Etagen gebeten und erhielten ein sehr dunkles Zimmer ohne Fenster (nur Glasbausteine) im Untergeschoss. Nach Reklamation erhielten wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer, welches dann auch in Ordnung war. Das Mobiliar ist sehr abgewohnt . Viele Fernsekanäle könnten gar nicht oder nur in schlechter Qualität empfangen werden. Die Lage ist einerseits gut, da nicht weit entfernt vom Einkaufszentrum und vom Nachtleben und auch ziemlich ruhig. Andererseits ist die Umgebung in den Abend- und Nachtstunden nicht sehr Vertrauen erwecken. Es war nicht einfach in den frühen Morgenstunden ein Taxi zu einem halbwegs normalen Preis zu erhalten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The de luxe rooms are awesome -- spacious, well-kept and affordable. The attendants are nice also, but always need prompting before they extend help. When calling the reception area, they dont transfer to the department to help. Instead, they give the extension numbers, which means guests need to do two calls on every inquiry or request.

All good and secure. I slept good, the room is clean. Good stay no complaints. The staff are nice and friendly. I enjoyed my breakfast too. The nearby mall is accessible only by pedicab. So far its ok for an experience.

Letzte 2 Nächte vor Rückflug dort verbracht. Hätte ich die 98 € bezahlt, die das Zimmer kostet, wenn man von Preisen auf der HP ausgeht, wäre ich vielleicht weniger amused gewesen. Für 28 € pro Nacht allerdings ein sehr guter Deal. Wer nur zum schlafen her kommt ist gut versorgt. Aktivitäten verlangen nach Verkehrsmitteln oder Fussmarsch von min. 15 Minuten.

I had a great stay. Had a problem with the A/C leaking but they fixed it right away. Room was nice and clean. House keeping always say good morning or hi. Front desk was helpful when I wanted to get charger for my phone and told me to try mall. I got a ride from tour Gide named Sandy he took me to mall and see the sights. He did a great job. Had to leave early and the hotel charged on night. But I was OK with that. In all I had a great stay would stay again.Thank you Oasis

THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves

I get nostalgic about the Oasis Park Hotel as I first stayed there about 30 years ago.Some years ago new management took over and it seems to be Target motivated (I have seen flip charts in the office which confirm this).I feel that the hotel has lost a little of its charm from what I remember years ago, but it is still well worth the money...

The place is nice if u want to stay in manila. The reception is very accomodating.

I was first given a superior room which was facing a busy road and was therefore noisy, not because of a lack of soundproofing, but because there are some super noisy, not-road-worthy vehicles (remember this is Philippines). Plus that superior room has cleanliness issues (small cockroaches among other things) which I immediately reported to a rather indifferent front desk attendant. Luckily, most-luckily, I was moved next morning to the other cleaner and quieter side of the hotel and my stay turned to be a rather pleasant one. All in all I went from an almost-cancel-forgo 3-night stay to an almost-renew-stay! All in the span of a mere 24 hour period.

Love this place. Big rooms, comfy bed, good wifi, great swimming pool, nice restaurant, lovely staff and at decent rates. A hidden gem in Manila.

Fully mosquitos in the first room, obliged to move to another room. 2 nd room just ok, excep the toilet was not working.Breakfast service start at 9 am, its ridiculous no time to have quietly before the checkout at 11 am.

You think you get a good deal on hotels.com however the photos of the rooms are far from reality. Rooms are worn out, cleanliness issues, cockroaches in 2 out of the 3 rooms I have stayed during 3 nights (moved 2 times during my stay), maintenance issues. When I brought up the problems, the management didn’t even bother to make time and listen or do something about my experience except from moving me from one room with issues to another room with issues...The disappointment is even greater when one is familiar with the hotel industry and experienced how terrible a stay, as a guest, can get.As I said in the title, do something good for yourself and your hotel experience and avoid staying at this hotel if you can. Far from 3*

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mitten in Manila ist dieses Hotel sicherlich sehr gut. Leider sind Preise in ihrem Restaurant jenseits von gut und böse. Ohne Übertreibung - man zahlt in einem GUTEN Restaurant in Deutschlands auf jeden Fall weniger!Ein normaler Spaghetti Teller für 17€, und ein Salat Teller für 11€! Plus 10 extra oben drauf! Ich könnte es nach halbwegs verstehen, wäre es ein 5-Sterne Hotel, aber in einem 2-Sterne Hotel auf den Philippinen, wo der durchschnittslohn so gerade Mal 150€ beträgt, ist es einfach inakzeptabel.Davon abgesehen, ist das WiFi Signal schlecht und bricht ständig ab.Trotzdem ist das Gesamtpaket i.O.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and restaurant

Spent my first night in the Philippines in this hotel with my wife. Room was small but adequate clean and tidy swimming pool in the complex and breakfast was included all was a very pleasant experience. Have tried to book again on several occasions since but price has now increased less proportionately to the location and facilities offered so I no longer consider that this place is value for money

This Time, I´ve booked this hotel for a Birthdaygift, for friends in Manila. By ebookers, it was a non refundable rate. But with the hotel, I could change the booking one week later, which great service and for the satisfaction of the clients. The rooms are really comfortable and large. A nice small pool-area is there. For us the best location in Manila. What wasn´t good? The italian restaurant. Normal food for double prices as in Germany.

Nettes entspanntes Hotel in Top-Lage. Ermita, Malate und Intramuros sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Innenhof mit Pool und Bar ist klasse. Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind nichts besonderes, aber sauber und geräumig.

I guess depending on how you booked it, some rooms lack some amenities, our uncle on the 2nd floor had keycards and disposable sleepers, ours used an old fashion key and lacked said sleepers.

We used to stay here always. Now its awful.

Expensive food but not taste so good...

The hotel is great, with a pool located in the middle it is great to cool down! The rooms are big with a super king bed in every room, the restaurant is delicious with great affordable food! Very close to the city! All round a great experience!

Not as what agoda advertise...small room with not efficient and leaking aircon. Water pressure very low,no lift and need to climbing staircase to third floor. This is the first and the last i stay in this hotel
