D cya recommendable. Lahat ng order d nasunod. Yung alfredos spag naging carbonarrang walang lahok puro cream. Walang iced tea. Dumating ice tea nakauwi na tao, yung chicken puro chicken wings(yung dulong part, walang laman), yung sandwich , kapirasong karne , pipino at mayo lang.

Tinitipid yung complimentary supplies sa room

Generally, the place was good. However, the elevator is too slow and too small for the hotel.

With only two elevators, you could get lift traffic. But its good. Just avoid the smoking floors. Get the non smoking rooms.

Definitely the best hotel in Binondo!

Great rooms. Its really nice. One thing is the toiletries ~ I wish they could provide more ~ but anything else is amazing. Food and ambience. Location is 3star for me. It really has a bad traffic going in here.

As one of the guest staging here (quarantined in this hotel) i called it Staging as it is more appropriate. We still do not know how long will the results to come out but i am happy and comfortable considering the location is right in chinatown. These rooms are compact yet modern, comfortable, and elegant perfect for guests.The room cleanliness is acceptable and good unfortunately the room where i am staying wall paints are not maintained.Hygiene and cleanliness is of high standard. Wifi sometimes terrible but tolerable. So, this one’s a great place if you have lots of scheduled things you need to and want to purchase for your tools in your shop and garage.

This is truly one of the Best Hotels in Manila, They have a western and also an asian type of restaurant quisine and they also their own Cafe! Cool right!..and also, because they are using eZee software to manage their Hotel #Justsaying :)

Room is ok.. but their wifi connection is very slow AF, sometimes cant detect connection.. even my friends tell me that their wifi is very slow.. their food serving is kind a small (this is also problem from my friends).. due to pandemic we are not allowed to go out, so we let the room boy buy the things we want example soap bread.. but the problem is they will not return the change nor they will give you receipt..

A premium looking hotel. Strong interenet but cannot handle big crowd. 10th floor and up are smoking rooms, all rooms on that floor smells bad. Choose 9 below. Overall its a very nice premium looking hotel. But no pool or gym.

I was only able to experience one of their function rooms for a seminar. I recommend this place for bussiness events.

Although located in a pretty scruffy area of Manila, we were pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel and the room.The breakfast selection was good and the amenities in the room were excellent - although our shower screen was missing (apparently broken).I was swayed to book this hotel because it had free underground parking - a big plus in Manila. A tight fit but at least the car was secure.

Very good rooms

The room (807) was not as bad as in some reviews although the linen and carpets could be replaced. Snacks provided during the convention were too dry and tasteless such as the sandwich with very thick crusty bread and just a smidgeon of mayonnaise and very thin sliced of cheese but the main meals were okay. Parking was limited.
