생각보다 호텔이 깨끗하고 룸도 커서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 조식도 깔끔하니 좋았네요. 로빈슨몰이 가깝다 해서 쇼핑할겸 갔는데 저녁 5시에 가서 7시에 돌아오는 택시 탔는데 그 주변이 너무 차가 많아 막혔고 택시 슬강장에서 택시 문 열어주는 꼬마가 있었는데 팁을 달라 하여 억지로 주고 왔네요

말라떼 시내와 가까워서 위치는 좋으나, 룸 클리닝 서비스를 요청해도 들어주지 않고, 데스크 매니져는 우리가 영어를 못해서 파파고 번역기를 사용한다는 이유로 나에게 Tanga라고 했다. 따갈로그어를 못알아들을 줄 알고 한 말인 것 같은데 매니저가 정말 불친절하고 보증금 또한 돌려받지 못했다.

2-5つ星の色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、コスパなどを考えると、ここが1番気に入りました。プールとジムを使わないのなら、おすすめします。朝ごはんはあまり美味しくないですが、ほとんどのホテルの朝ごはん美味しくないです笑

직원들이 매우 친절함. 조식이 맛있음. 객실 화장실 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓음.침대는 싱글임. 와이파이가능. 옥상전망 좋음. 옥상에 수영장 있으나 작음

Everything is perfect. nice and big room. Great location. The breakfast is rich with lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel. we had 2 amazing days. Close your eyes and book, you wont be disappointed.

호텔이 말라떼 메인에서 좀 떨어져 있어 조용한 편이고 그래서 그런지 유흥 목적으로 방문한 관광객이 별로 안보인다. 룸컨디션 호텔 내부 컨디션 등 전체적으로 깔끔한 편이고 서비스 또한 괜찮은 편이다. 호텔 조식은 먹어 보질 않아 평을 할 수 없다.

What we like most about the property is the availability of parking, the cleanliness and the food. Although the price is a bit higher than the other star 3 hotels we find the place a safe place to leave in

Das Hotel war sehr gut, die Zimmer groß, sauber und angenehm.Das Service-Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Umgebung des Hotels ist gewöhnungsbedürftig; das gilt allerdings für fast ganz Manila.Touristische Infrastruktur ist kaum vorhanden, und wenn doch, weiss niemand darüber Bescheid. (Z.B.: die schönsten Gartenlokale direkt an der Bayfront haben wir durch Zufall selbst gefunden. Sie lagen in fußläufiger Entfernung zu unserem Hotel, und trotzdem hat sie niemand dort gekannt.)

직원분들 엄청 친절하시고 시설도 완벽합니다 에어컨 소음 없고 가구도 신식으로 예쁘게 잘 배치되어 있습니다

店員にも日本語を少し話せる方がおりスムーズにチェックインアウトをすることができました。部屋もキレイでとても良かったです。しかし、ドライヤーが部屋に完備されておらず少し不便を感じました。

호텔 위치는 말라테 번화가에서 가깝네요 서비스 수준도 만즉하구요 조식은 제공더는데 먹어보지 않았습니다룸 상태는 만족합니다 청결도도 만족합니다

Service needs improvement. Service personnel lacked professional skills in dealing with hotel guests, except perhaps with the front desk which was generally helpful. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were generally okay but they lack professional skills to enforce policy that the guests were not aware of.

Esto en Manila .... FILIPINAS. NOS TRATARON COMO REYES..lejos de lo poco bonito de Manila..pero nos sentimos muy bien acojidos y seguros..lo recomiendo...su comida no es como la nuestra. La española o europea. .pero se come muy bien...el personal se porto muy bien y amable. Sumamente respetuoso...

Stayed for 2 nights, nice rooms and amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating. But they do not respect the do not disturb sign. Had to turn on the DND sign on our room because we have a baby who is most of the time sleeping, so obviously we wouldn’t want to be disturbed. The manager tried to call our room, but I wasn’t able to answer, (at the time I was breastfeeding and really doesn’t want to disturb my almost sleeping baby, so I didn’t bother to get up and answer the phone) the manager went up to our room, knocking ever so loudly. It took time for me to get up because I was breastfeeding, only to have them already opening our door. Again, the DND sign is still lit up. They said they are only cheking on us because the do not disturb sign is on. I don’t know what they were thingking. Another issue, the sheets on our first night has shoe prints on it. I don’t know if they changed the sheets at all.
