Spent Superbowl Sunday 2020 at Duck Inn recently. Started at 7:30 am so I came for breakfast. Great meal - great Ozzie sausages with HP Sauce available. Brewed coffee strong and delicious. All I had to do was look around and someone came to my aid immediately (first time in my life I cracked a beer before noon...but hey, it’s Superbowl!) Met fellow Canadians and an American. We became immediate friends (we all had fathers who served in WWII). Duck In great!

Great place to stay. Clean good food and good service friendly staff

One of the older bars in Malate and still good. Relaxed and cozy with a somewhat vintage feel. Beer prices are reasonable and staff always friendly, helpful and entertaining. A smoking area exists at the back; somewhat amusingly its a small office type broom cupboard but serves its purpose.For a pub type bar this place is one of the best in the area, particularly for those who dislike modern soulless artificial pub environments. This place is the real deal.

My go to hotel whenever I go to Manila. Affordable and the staffs were really accommodating! Good food also!

Cosy hotel popular with ex.pats, clean rooms and friendly staff. Good bar and selection of food plus entertainment on some nights. Can be a bit noisy at the rear of the hotel early evening but not a problem unless you are the kind of person who wants to make it one.

You can always tell when a bar is Australian managed by the temperature of the beer. Cold beer, good food at reasonable prices and excellent service. Rooms above the bar always seem busy. Ill be back...

OK place and the people who frequent there are really friends and they are very polite. Even the waitresses and the security are very polite.

This is not a good hotel.. cozy and shaddy... but the bar is okay..Staff is rude.. especially the cashier!Only good for people who is in budget!

Black hole of Calcutta inside bar, cant see to read menu or if its clean. Kitchen cant cook eggs as requested.Served bad tasting food today and the response was get out.. .dont come back .Not interested in customer satisfaction..Dont recommend .

Good food, sometimes a good live band, beautiful and kind waitresses and doormen, smoking area and smoking rooms, billiards, open 24/7, good mixte assembly of Filipino and foreigners. Maybe the beer is little too expensive.

Top little pub, quiet and hidden away from busy street, great for sat afternoon watch afl from australia. owner and wife very freindly and will make you feel welcome, has a few rooms on 2nd level for budget conscience, good food a real home away from home, Ill visit again in new year 2016, relax and bring the mates

A place for back packers they have pool down below and if you need to exchange your money to philippines currency they have it in front desk they got little bar you can order food itd walking distance to US embassy so if you coming to manila just for 2-3 days for US embassy purposes and not looking for fancy hotel then you can stay here, place is made of wood so expect the noise of neighbours walking in hallway but they have Internet in the room and hot shower bars Malls are walking distance too its in front of hobbit house.
