The place is elegantly beautiful. I love the food and the customer service. Blessed makapunta dito kasi invited kami sumama sa lunch with the VIPs. ️

One of the best hotel na napuntahan ko! Friendly staff, no wonder ang daming nagchecheck in. Malapit lang din sa kainan and sakayan nang jeep

We stayed here back in 2009, its was our wedding day, but it was cancelled due to the typhoon ondoy, it was a memorable day. My wife’s parents and my parents stayed in our suite because we were all stranded, even though roxas blvd was not affected by the flooding with in the metro. Staff are friendly, lots of Japanese tourist staying in this hotel.

We did not stay in the hotel, we just went for their rooftop bar. We enjoyed our time there as there was a band playing music. The place is good for those who like music played at a more intimate setting - music thats not too loud, a place without the crowd usually associated with bars and pubs.

Hotel molto bello, camera molto spaziosa, raffinati marmi nel bagno; ottimo panorama. Cibo improponibile, collaborazione assente da parte del hotel: ho chiesto un bicchiere di latte, e mi é stato rifiutato..... Potrei scrivere ancora, ma mi limito.

I stayed there my quarantine, without possibility to use all facilities. However I can say that hotel not meeting European demands. Probably it was a good hotel 20 years ago, no change since that time. Very poor organisation of food services. Never had warm food for whole time.

Good location, near to the mall and some restaurants and some landmarks such as manila bay. Few minutes going to intramuros

Stayed here for my brothers wedding, rooms are great and service is excellent, definitely 5 star hotel, room service check on you twice a day. Couple of family members lost some items and they brought them straight back to us. Will stay again for the right occasion

Room is clean and spacious, food is really good and staff are friendly. They have strict covid-19 procedure for you to comply so you, the staff and the other guests are safe.

We had the buffet dinner and the food was amazing. There was Western food, Spanish food in particular, there was Chinese and Japanese and amazing dessert spread. I loved the paella, the roast beef, beef sinigang,sushi and tempura and halo-halo.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the beautiful manila bay. Diamond hotel have one of the friendliest staff i have ever encountered. I dont sense any arrogance in their service.

Our place for family bonding. Buffet is one of a kind with plenty of food choices. Highly recommended.

오래되긴 했지만 방이 넓고 위치가 좋은편조식은 종류가 많은데 맛은 평범마닐라 시내치곤 수영장이 넓은편직원들 친절하고 저렴한 가격에 예약해서 가성비는 좋았음그러나 요즘 말라떼 상권이 너무 죽어서 다음에는 마카티쪽에 머무는게 좋을 것 같다!

Nice place but their couch in the suit room looks like they did not vacuum it. Its full of dirt and dust.

Nice venue for big gatherings, conveniently located near the Roxas Blvd. It has a swimming pool area which has a good view of the Manila bay. Very secured and well maintained spaces.

Nice place, the casual and security is more than what expected, but really all staff are treating customers friendly with nice smiles.

Had our buffet lunch here. Food is good. Hotels showing its age but well-kempt. Service is attentive.

Very impressive luxury hotel.The only fault I can think of was the Deposit was a bit too much to ask for in my opinion (20 000 pesos) which she reduced to 12 000 (still a lot).

The place was nice.A large variety of delicious foods to choose from their buffet table.Very corteous,friendly,respectful ,accommodating staffs and personels.Regarding the price...i really dont know because i was a guest to some friends who paid the meals.One can notice that yhe place is crowded by tourists and some politicians.
