Today, my family, being the regular Sunday customers that we are, felt the freshness of the food. We loved the super sour sinigang na hipon; the fresh-tasting inihaw na bangus; the pusit sans the usual egg; &, of course, the simply marinated but savory inihaw na liempo with their eggplant which we converted to an ensalada with red eggs. Missed the usual ensaladang mangga today.
