Service Wise, not that good. We even experienced rudeness from one of the service crew named Shiela. My friend requested for additional calamansi and chili since it is only be served upon request, she got the things we requested and then she slammed it on the table and slide it over to us. As a customer, that is not the kind of service that we want to experience. It definitely affected our loyalty to that fasfood chain. We informed the store manager/supervisor and her colleagues about her action, they approached her but she never came to us for an apology. Customer Rating: VERY BAD!!! ***The aim of this post is not to shame someone but to give someone a lesson.

Chicken is still a chicken. Sana lang, they will make their restaurants bigger and more pleasant to stay. Pang masa ang presyo pero sana naman hindi pang masa ang lugar. It might be too much to ask pero if I had this kindof business I would like customers to come not only because of the food but also because of the place. Its how I will show my customers that I honor and appreciate the business that they bring.
