Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I gave a four because food was just so so though drinks (coffee, tea etc.) was good. I like that they expanded the place.

Great place since the renovation. Adding a space for customers was the best part. Previously there were just about 6 tables inside.

One of my favorite Starbucks outlets but its so busy that its hard to get a table. And because it is small, that doesnt help. But I still like the place. They have outdoor seating but I dont like it there. Really hot for me. But they do have out-of-the-store-but-still-in-the-mall seats, which is a nice spot to sit and people watch. Its a bright area with sun streaming in from the huge lobby windows but it is not hot hot will you be in direct sunlight. Very nice.

Here at Starbucks SM Marikina. I dont go here for a while but when i went here (again) the place expanded. More seats available though its kinda warm during afternoon, maybe because of its approximity to the sun during these times. Same old coffee and tea drink choices though the okinawa brown sugar drinks superb. It tastes like toffee nut drink (which is available only during holidays) but a lot better.

The coffee master has good customer service, there are seats available outside.

There is a lot more space now especially after the renovations! No longer cramped and stuffy. The CR though has a password na kaya you need to buy something to get the code.

For Philippine setting, their CR is exclusive for ordering client. You need your receipt to be able to use the CR. That may be at their advantage but it shows how somehow selfishness was at the hem of their service...my opinion. Ordered matcha and latte with chocolate chips.

Starbucks SM Marikina is newly renovated with its old but still very pleasant crew.

Splended and superv when it comes to the service but got dissapointed when it comes to the usages of thier toilet. before starbucks does not require security code whenever you you use the toilet but now they require to have a customer code.

Located just beside the main entrance of the SM Marikina Mall. Seats inside the store are limited and only offers 1 couch. However, more seats are provided outside the store which is located just inside the mall and also on the outdoors (outside the mall). Has friendly staffs. Typical SB sized Common Comfort Room.

Clean and neat the price are quite high but for the product and services its reasonable.

Any starbucks is the same for me. Great coffee. Great ambience.

It was worthwhile to visit a cafe once in a month giving a realm of satisfaction and delight to taste the best coffee in the world.

The drinks were ok but they dont have any wifi..it must be the only Starbucks on the planet who dont have wifi .!!!

I love that the baristas know us by sight as well as our favorite drink. They are always ready with a smile and will wait patiently for our orders. We usually come as a big group so it takes time to sort out our orders, but so far, they have given consistent service.

My kids are still a big fan of this place. I just wish they had more pronos aside from the planner / calendar stickers. Its getting so pricy to eat breakfast here when youre a family of 5.

The cashier have prepared my simple cold brew but did not hand it to me, easily. She queue it with the rest with one customer ordering six frappes.
