I ordered pizza delivery 3 times and the pizza is not cooked. I said something the send time but nothing changed.i would go to Papa Johns or Angels or pizza hut or any other pizza place before I order from shakeys again, very poor quality .

At last, a place where there are cushioned seats inside Bluewave area! I really love the interiors of this place, although it is the same with other branches. The service is not that fast but if you are willing to wait for at least 25-30 minutes on your order, it is worth it. I love their pizza and mojos here. The service crew on this place is friendly and is always welcoming. They also charge extra for the service fee.

Bad customer service, waiters inattentive to customer’s need.Food was serve one at a time - we specifically requested to serve all at the same time - but we are inform they cannot do it, what an excuse.They cannot even provide simple table napkins - bad management.

Worth visiting...Nice place for pizza pasta chicken draftbeer and an acoustic band in the afternoon depending on availability... :)

I love that place where you play it has basketballs, games and cars and love the strawberry sundaes and the spaghetti

Unorganized management as they dont attend to our needs right away. in fact, we keep on standing and walking towards their counter just to follow up for our orders and even for our bill. their waiters are not organized to their table assignment. shakeys personnel seem not happy with their job as they seemed to have no enthusiasm in their service and work
