Quiet on early weekday afternoons. Becomes a daycare place and gets crowded with loud kids and babies by 5PM.Friendly and courteous staff.

A good place to rest if youre tired roaming around the Mall. WiFi is free. But a Little slow. You can have free Coffee, tea or water. But outside food cannot be consumed Inside the lounge. SM prestige card holders and BDO Diamond card holders can enjoy the services offered of Prestige Lounge.

Ok to relax while wifey is shopping. Can be very crowded on sale day though. Only downside is that the mens rest room has only one water closet cubicle.
