There was no one at the reception area/desk to assist or accommodate us when we entered. The nail technicians/therapists, who were engage with other clients, just stared at us in an unwelcomed manner. When I asked how long will be the waiting time, they looked at each other and pointed fingers as to who will answer me. Someone said to wait for 30 mins. I said ok and when I was about to leave and return after 30 minutes, I saw a piece of paper torn from a notebook with names and numbers written on it. No one from the staff offered/instructed me to write my info on it so they can contact me.I know that this is a busy time and you can set appointments beforehand but please ensure that customers, particularly walk-ins, are feel welcomed once they enter your shop. Please ensure that there is someone incharged of accommodating incoming customers, especially in peak times, and offer a polite apology if they need to decline the customer.
