Very bad experience. Una sa lahat, ang bagal at makaluma ng process niyo. Pangalawa, nagbayad ako, tama ang pangalan at details ng order... kinonfirm pa sa akin ng cashier. Pagdating sa releasing isang oras na kong naghihintay wala parin. Naka-limang follow up ako. Yung mga nahuli sa aking magbayad nakauwi na, ako naghihintay parin. Tapos malaman-laman ko aba kaya pala di mahanap sa releasing ang order ko kasi IBA ANG PANGALAN AT IBA ANG ITEM. Hello??? Anong nangyari?? Bad trip kayo. Tiningnan namin ang resibo ng credit card - credit card ko naman. Pero nakakabit sa itemized receipt na for some reason LALAKI ang pangalan at IBA ANG ITEM. Ubos na ubos ang oras ko sa inyo. Ayusin niyo ang sistema niyo!

Tumingin ako sa store ng umaga para sa item na gusto ko. Dahil may trabaho ako d na muna ako bumili. Nakipagtxt ako at binayaran online. At pagkatapos ay dineliver nila ang item within 1 week. Mabilis ang transaksyon at wlang naging problema. Dahil sa pandemic ganito na dapat ang kalakaran ng mga transaction. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng staff.

I call their no. just to ask if they are open on sundays and until what time ang kanilang store on a saturday..para sa pagpunta ko sana on the day na sipagin ako, pero dahil very accomodating si ate na sinagot lahat ang queries at kakulitan ko.. sinipag na ko at napabilis lahat ang transaction ko.. d na ko nagtanong ng mga details about sa product na binili ko dahil kilala naman ang uratex for their quality products.. at very efficient si ms micah para ma comply lahat kaartehan ko.. thank you very much maaam for your love to your customer.

Uratex quality - of course 5 stars. But the employees there when we arrived? my gahd! There were only two of them entertaining a lot of people. Nauna pa ientertain yung mga bagong dating bago kami. We were telling them na we came first pero dedmatic yung empleyado nila. Yung isa ang sagot naman samin tatapusin lang daw yung ineentertain niya (na bagong dating din). Pasalamat sila kasama ko yung baby ko kung hindi baka nagratrat na ko dun. Sana kahit may queueing man lang sila kung hindi nila kaya sabay sabayin yung mga customers nila. Very very disappointed with the customer service.
