I do not recommend this branch (EO Riverbanks, Marikina). I went here yesterday and had the worst experience ever. As a long time EO client (10+ yrs) it was very upsetting. It was mostly due to the new optometrist that they had, the one we are used was okay.From the beginning of the visit I wanted to get the cheapest contact lens. I already purchased new glasses from them 4 months earlier and only needed the contact lenses during webinars (since we are work from home) - which is why I asked for the cheapest. The face of the optometrist immediately changed and she did not take me seriously because of what I said. She kept pushing a lens which cost 3000 pesos even when I learned that a 2000 peso one was also available.I also asked for my eyes to be reexamined. I work with computer screens all day so I am not sure if my eye grade was still the same - they were known to change extremely in the past. But again, the optometrist said that it was not necessary since my last visit was just 4 months ago. What the heck? So are you guaranteeing that my eye grade is still the same and insisting on ordering lens which have not been measured? When I insisted I have my eye examined, the service I received was very poor. It felt like a formality and her attitude was very bad.Employees like this ruin a business.
