Located on the western corner of the Marikina Sports Center. This clock tower serves as one of the easy to remember landmarks in Marikina especially when youre in Marikina Public Market.

It has been a landmark in Marikina that families and youngsters frequent not only to regale at the clock face but also to mingle with other visitors of the place. The clock face is even spectacular at night with all the lights around the Marikina Sports Center is lit up. The only downside is the fountain area which is not well maintained but should have added more grandeur to the place.

The last time I was here was 3 years ago, then it was a series of flower beds, the fountain was empty and lots of rubbish, the clock did not work, and this was the favored sleeping place for homeless people. Now it has been upgraded, the flower beds are now water features, the arch has been painted, the clock works and chimes, a nice place to sit and relax watching the fountain dancing . There was no sign of homeless people, not that I have anything against them for There but for the grace of GOD go I Well done Marikina, a place to be visited.

This is situated near the wet and dry market and also the sports stadium. It is an attractive place to sit if the weather is good and just relax before or after shopping.
