We made the 50% downpayment for our orders last October 2018 but we were informed of a possible delay in delivery because of the port congestion in Manila during the holidays. Despite the assurance that the cabinets will be delivered and installed on January 2019, these were delivered on February 20, 2019 instead.Moreover, it took a total of 5 days (not consecutively) for them to install these (kitchen sink and island kitchen). There have been a mix-up in the cabinets and parts were missing. They had to get the missing parts from their warehouse in Bulacan and this meant no carpenter working on site. As of this date - March 11, the work has not been completed. There has been another delay in the countertop. We were informed 3 days before the scheduled installation that they did not have the required length for the countertop that we ordered and fully paid. They suggested that we choose another stone or have two parts of our countertop converging in the middle of the sink. Most of all, they did not specify the requirements for plumbing (in terms of size of valves and drain pipes) when they actually measured and inspected the site last October. There is no foreman on site when the cabinets are being assembled, and the carpenters are very inefficient. There is an apparent lack of coordination among the personnel in the showroom and those involved in carpentry/assembly. We (clients) are the ones coordinating for these two units instead. We have paid in full half a million for these two sets of cabinets but the service has been very poor.

The materials are Good Quality , Good Service, and the Designers are well Trained, friendly. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen.

The showroom is extensive and the product is excellent. There are many features and options to choose from. The people were courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the information i need and will surely recommend Kvik kitchen to all my friends and clients.

The showroom is VERY impressive. There are lots of different choices of Danish Kitchen designs on display. The staff were friendly and very professional. They were able to advise me and give me various options to consider for my projects.
