Matigas ang bed!!!

For my 18 years of traveling and using hotels.from 1 star to 5 star hotels.this is my worst experienced.....I still have 2 more night to refund that until now they did not return......I did sent email and messages them many times but until now,I didnt get any answer.hope this will not happen again to anyone who book a hotel here.

The room had a lot of cockroaches,even inside the fridge,and the bed sheets doesnt look like it was changed !But owner response quick and ask the room attendant to clean it, which they do and change the bedsheets and did some spray for the cockroaches.Its a pity because the condo is new as far as I know but the cockroach infestation is crazy.The condominium Admin should do something about it.

At home during pandemic, very accommodating in all aspect of services, thank for your service amidst of uncertain times

The mattress was very old and all the springs were sticking in my body. I stayed for 6 days and was refused clean sheets and towels. The bathroom was infested with bugs. This is not a hotel and doesnt provide any hotel services. A disgrace to the hotel industry!

Urban Deca homes clean and verry near to Shaw Mrt and shopping Mall

Tiny rooms. Very slow elevator. Took 30 minutes just to go up and down.

Very accommodating Front desk. Accessible. Clean and comfy.

Oyo143 房间设备坏了，满屋子都蟑螂，满路汽车喇叭声，态度又差劲，wifi又坏,叫服务人员处理又不接电话一直拖延着，建议大家不要来这栋酒店住了...非常不好，又肮脏

Budget Room with clean and hotel standard amenities,

The room is clean. But I had to always check if all the equipment in the room is functioning. I had experience when the shower heater isnt working and no fridge so I had to change rooms. One of their staff, is unaccommodating and sarcastic.

Bring back the original name to Urban Deca Towers EDSA.The building is not yours
