Weve been having there service for quite long time. And this is the first time na nakakainis Yung staff. I was complaining that nag dridrip Yung lagayan ng softener and she saw it w/ her 2 wide eyes!! Sya pa Yung galit sakin. I patiently explain na hindi ko na max Yung level ng softener (Kasi ever since na we tried here never pa Kong nag max ng level ng sabon etc). She said to me na watch out my laundry. What????? Really. Kaya nga nka automatic lahat in one machine Para ilalagay na lang Yung mga sabon and etc. And sasabihin nya sakin na TIGNAN KO YUNG LANUDRY KO THE H*CK!! She proactively ask me Kung may softener pa ko I said Wala na. And I ask for complimentary na lang Sana (hindi ko naman Mali, at hindi nya Mali). And this lady is pinag taasan pa ko ng boses giving the complimentary softener. I would not ask for it kung fault ko..Can the express wash company gave me a reply for this.

So reliable laundry place, with so many machines...It can serve many who needs to wash their clothes.Even during water scarcity, we can wash in this establishment. Properly Maintained.Good Job
