Been here several times already not because of the food but because of the limited number of restaurants in Forum Robinsons. Aside from the usual Bacolod chicken we ordered the grilled salmon belly worth Php225. The dish was not visually appealing. Taste is so-so; the dipping sauce was too salty. The pa-a (chicken leg and thigh) was skinny. We also saw cockroaches and flies. Probably won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Great pork bbq and chicken inasal

My disappointment is beyond worst. Forum branch is the worst bacolod inasal I ever encountered. The servings compared to other branches are way lesser and not appetizing at all. My mom asked the staffs why do they serve less, like they made it look it is but not at all. And he replied ganyan po talaga ang servings dto, ganyan lang po. Madami nga din po nag rereklamo so they are aware but not taking actions at all. Instead of being happy because I finally had my dinner, it just got me a bad taste in my mouth. I just forgot to take a picture because Im too mad at that time. What Im really really mad about up until now is that I paid for 900php but felt like I only ate 300 worth of food.

Excellent selection. Good service. Food was served hot. Value priced meals.

Slow service. Air-conditioning doesnt seem to work, its warm inside. Food quality doesnt justify the price.

I saw their kitchen and it was so gross. Unhygienic. Shoes on display, staff clothes hanging at the counter and staff lying down on the top of the freezer. Terrible...

The reataurant was a bit warm when we visited (maybe it was the malls centralized airconditioning system). Favorites - crispy crablets, laswa ni lola and hot chocolate drink to name a few. Average service; needs to improve on the way their specialty - chicken inasal - is grilled (with dark grill marks and/or overcooked more often than not); and portions vs the pricing.
