We were impressed with this branch as their quality of food is better than the other Shakeys we have been to. Shakeys, for the longest time, is famously known for their thin crust pizzas and Bunch of Lunch meal and today, we had been served this, the way it has always been since we were kids.Frankly speaking, this is one of the challenges in our country with regard to franchises as I have observed-- maintaining the consistency when delivering the brand.This outlet also now serves Quorn brand meat-free nuggets aside from the garden fresh pizza therefore can cater to vegetarians.Their manager (Robbie) and server (Michael) are also attentive and professional.Keep up the good work!

The place has a tendency to be understaffed so it might be a while before they can attend to your table. The food quality matches that of most other shakey’s branches. Don’t expect the place to be too cold especially if it’s sunny. You’re better off seated near the air conditioning units. There’s also a lot of parking for the place (so long as there’s no party going on).

Take advantage of their P2020 meet up meal deal! Almost like getting free food! Parking spaces are available, although two slots are located behind a tree making them inaccessible. Spacious dining area. Most of the restaurants staff are trainees, whose skills were put to the test come billing time. Food quality is what you would expect in any Shakey’s branch.

Not the.best branch for me... i love shakeys pizza but this tiime they did not impress me. Not only did we wait for a long while to be seated (we were a group of 12 and imagine we were blocking the doorway but still we need to followup for them to give us a table) other branches would normally give you the menu while waiting for a table and even get your order in advance but here no one even bothered to approach us... also, we came from a graduation ceremony, and we asked if they could give something to the graduates but they didnt get any. Im not sure if there should be a promo or something but after my sons moving up ceremony we celebrated at another branch, i also asked if they could.give something to the graduate and they gave him a milkshake.

Typical Shakeys pizza.. not bad but not great. Chicken was actually pretty good. Server was very nice.

A big stand alone branch of Shakeys pizza in Pioneer. Have personally felt that the pizza made here tastes a little better than other Shakeys branches, which makes me go back here. Good and courteous staff as well.

Food is good as always. The tables though seemed greasy to the feel. It lessened the dining pleasure significantly.

Still the best mojo in town! Thin crust pizza with hot sauce, delicious fried chicken with gravy, spaghetti or carbonara with toasted bread are the best combinations! Served in big portions, great for sharing with family, friends or colleagues.

Ate lunch here because of their 40% off promo on their Chicken & Mojos. This is a relatively new branch, which is probably why there werent too many people around for lunch. Service was great, and they have ample parking slots, which is a really big plus for me. They also have a nice area for parties, functions, etc.

Came here late at night. I was excited to get a mug of cold draft beer - they didnt have stock! I had to settle for beer in can. Not the same though.

Crew is green. No customer service training could be seen. Came at 9pm, 3 hours before closing and they are out of all hand tossed pizza. Tried to order salad to pair with thin crust na lang... Guess what, they are out of all salads. Tried to salvage our experience by ordering their yogurt na lang sana... Yep, you guessed it, they ran out of all yogurt. At this point we just gave up and called for the bill. Didnt even finish half of our pizza. Definitely our most depressing experience in Shakeys. Management wake up!!!

Discriminating staff. We just ordered a family size salad and they made us wait for more than we should wait for. They discriminate costumers who just ordered little compared to those who ordered many. We came here first. They even ignored our follow up. The salad came in like it was just soaked in water and not even peeled into good sizes meaning the leaves of the salad was too large. I would have slapped the girl crew who has prepared it and made her eat it by herself. They presented it to an unlikely manner to me. I wish management be more polite. Sorry Im rude because they are rude also.

I usually love Shakeys but this new branch had bad service! The waitress had a bad attitude as if she didnt want to serve us and got some of our orders wrong and wasnt even apologetic. Id rather go to other branches.

Nice place to take some food, it has car parking.

Shakeys is one of my favorite but this branch is not that good. Been there a couple of times and the waiters keep getting our bills wrong or their service is slow. Hopefully its because they are still new.

Happy to know that they still offer their P2019 promo which includes three pizzas, two baskets of chiken and mojos (6pcs per basket), two pasta platters, two baskets of garlic bread, and two pitchers of iced tea, good for 8-10 people. And it was great!

Coffee takes awhile to be prepared but the pizza always taste good except the shrimp scampi. Mojos will always be my absolute favorite from them too

Good place for pizza. This branch is not too crowded and facility is quite new. Free parking space too.

Service sometimes is disappointing like for instance, you keep calling the attention of the crew just to grant your request as customer.However, foods are typically good similar to other branches. And, the place is relaxing esp. to people who experience heavy traffic in EDSA.
