The new mushroom katsu don has no taste, the curry was nice but its not really good if you eat this alone its good for sharing. We love the ice cream pero nakakaumay at the end, try nyong budburan ng doria may bago kayong lasang matatagpuan. Its so apetizing to see but not apetizing to eatM

Ok na sana ung food. naglalasang bakal nga lang ung ilalim siguro dahil sa plate. u.p. town center tori chizu nakakawalang gana di mo masisimot ehh.

Tori chizu is a nice place to eat.. they have a variety of food selection on the menu.. cheese cheese cheese the staff service is quite nice... The ambience quite simple... my wife ordered a Tori chizu but it looks so different in the advertisement picture :-) the taste also different from what we expect.. but overall .. 5 star for Tori chizu keep it up... Keep improving..

Food sucks, ordered Curry Cheese Katsu earlier, the curry sauce is just a little drop you cant even taste the curry at all.

Tried Tori Chizu for 5 times and their food and service have improved so keep it up.

Budget wise, it relatively cheaper than any other japanese fastfood out there. The food is ok, its tasty and was served on time. The servers are quite friendly and courteous as well. So if you are up for some asian cuisine, tori chizu is the right resto for you! Love the place as well. Will definitely go back even tho i am always in a hurry. 5 stars for you guys.

I ordered a simple chicken teriyaki bowl...I mean how complicated is that ??? They served me a cold rice bowl. I bit into a bacon bit inside the bowl and it was cold. I had to spit it out. It took another 15 mins to serve me a replacement and its still the same. They claim that the new bowl was newly cooked but it was tje same as the first dish. This is so disappointing.!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

Its a one-time or two-time place to get a grab of food. However, its kinda way ooff if you make this a habitual go-to food whenevet you go to megamall. Nakakasuya haha

We ate there last night. It was saturday evening almost 9pm. The mall doesnt close until 10pm. It was our first time to try their food. As we were trying to order food, one of the crew member is already cleaning. We understand that cleaning should be done since it was almost closing time. After we finished ordering our food. I tried to look for a seat were in the area was not cleaned yet. We sat the 2nd row back on the right side since the entrance of their kitchen is on the left side and thats where the crew cleaned the area. As shw continues to clean we noticed that she seemed very angry ang tired, maybe thats the reason why during the time that she was clearing other tables, she drags the metal chairs as she ruturns them on their area. My friend was starting to feel irritated because the sound of the dragging metal chairs. I tried to divert his anger since I really want to try their food. As soon our food came on our table we helped the crew (she was also the one who is cleaning) to remove the food from the tray since I from the start I was already feeling her anger and tiredness. The dragging of the chair continues as we eat. At the middle of the time we were eating a guy came in and sat at the area where she (crew members) already cleaned. She asked the guy kuya lipat ka po upuan kasi nalilinis ko na diyan the guy instantly moved to another table almost near the entrance. The crew member then shouted at the middle of the store wala na po kami tinda! it was 9:30pm. We understand that the food wouldnt be that great, but making it worse was all the crew members was too burned out to even give proper customer service. It seemed like eating inside a horror house with metal dragging chairs, but not so bad food (for its price) and frowning faces of the crew members.

With my wife and daughter, we ordered the Group Meal for 3 and one Spicy Ramen. The courtesy miso soup was served hot but quite salty. The ramen was lukewarm when served and I immediately noticed that the noodle was yucky. Parang panis na. And when I couldnt continue eating, I asked a uniformed staff if I can have a glass of water and he said: Dun o, may water station! Wow, can you top that attitude? Im definitely telling my family and friends to shun Tori Chizu.

I really liked their Potato Takoyaki and Bacon And Egg Mazemen. Love that its not crowded.

May umay factor ung food nila. Maybe because Im not totally a cheese lover. However, I cant recommend this to my friends

We went here and ate lunch in megamall tried it since it looks like a good japanese concept, I tried the burger mushroom topping, my wife ordered the chicken chizu topping and we had ourselves a sesame style ramen. the service was good staff was pleasant but the food was bad it was bland and not really good. the burger was meh very basic even the mushroom sauce doesnt even taste like mushroom, same goes for the chicken topping its all fat and skin and of course bland, to make things worse everything is cold. the food the rice under the meat is cold, feels like it was reheat on a microwave, I would not justify my 500 bill for this kind of food. I suggest to really step their game up. I would suggest to bring your business elsewhere.

A bit underwhelming, its a cheese dish but I feel unsatisfied

Chicken katsu mushroom cheese meal was sour, didnt finish it. Also the whole baked meal smelt like chippy. Cheese in katsu curry cheese is the cheap watered down yellow nacho gunk you get at stalls and theyre stingy with it. The curry was about 2 tablespoons with and very bland.
