I noticed from the get-go that their space is small, but since we dined in quite late, it basically was just us dining inside. We were immediately given a seat.Overall, the place is clean and cozy. They kept on playing Japanese version of famous songs (that were originally in Filipino or English). The staff who assisted us was very attentive, though I wouldnt say that this would also be the case during busy hours.I havent tasted any Paitan before this. My tastebuds were pleased with the taste, nonetheless. I would say that their Ramen were average to above average tasting. Their gyoza were just average. At the time, we availed a Booky promo where we got BOGO for the gyoza so Id say it was worth it.Overall, Id say that their food is decent, though nothing mindblowing.
This has been my favorite ramen ppace since it opened in 2012. They have the BEST chicken karaage and Paitan Ramen.
Restroom is always out of order. You need to use SMs public restroom which isnt that near this restaurant.
The best ramen in SM Megamall. Been going here for the past few years and its been very consistent with its taste and flavor. The black garlic paitan ramen is uncomparable to any ramen in town. They also have the most underrated gyoza. Their chicken karaage and chicken teriyaki are awesome as well. Their house blend iced tea is really good too. Friendly and helpful staff. I will always go back here.
Slow service. They did not inform about the wait time. Took 30mins for just 2x Ramens. Getting the bill and change is another thing (which is another 10mins). So, disappointed. We will never go back to this place.
Good food and good price range. A bit tight due to a small floor area
The first ramen house that offered chicken-broth-based ramen!

The ramen is tasty and the staffs are pretty good.
