HORRIBLE FOOD. SAYANG PERA.
I love their pares and rice but its a bit pricey so you may want to look for other dining options. I only eat here if I have spare money. Just cut the juice/soda and buy at the grocery to save some bucks as the bottled drinks are also expensive. Its ironic though that their story started in serving affordable food to day laborers
Date of visit: June 25, 2018What attracted me: Nice ambience, spacious place, clean tables, nice set menu. Wanton noodles seemed to be freshly made. What turned me off: Terrible food--ordered Beef wanton mami, Fish Tofu+Rice+Tea bundle, 3 pcs spring roll (see receipt). For the price of the food youd better go elsewhere. Everything was bland--tofu, mami, fish and even the simplest spring roll. They have condiments on the table and Im sure youll use it quite often. The spring roll tasted it was made of recycled fish mixture of some sort. Extremely disappointed. Garbage food. The staff doesnt even seem to like their job and just want to take your order and money. I would not recommend the place. Bring your appetite and money elsewhere.
Wasnt a fan of pares before but now I am. Jonas is the only place I go to for my pares cravings. Their kikiam are yummy, too.
